I dedicate my 1000th post to this amazing, special man. He was my first favourite player, and will always remain in my heart.

I still remember the famous goal against Milan, with the amazing assist from our Capitano like it was yesterday. I ran around the room screaming and jumping like a mad man :touched:

He then followed the club into Serie B during the dark days of Calciopoli, something I will never forget. The Serie B gang, Del Piero, Nedved, Camoranesi and of course David really made me fall in love with club forever.

I am so glad that he finally got the farewell he deserves today. I teared up while watching him walking around the pitch among the chants of our Tifosi.


Thank you David for everything you have done for the club.

This is one of the coolest pictures of him I've ever seen. It just reeks of "soldier" and "this is a man who has been through it all, seen it all, the ups and the downs." This champion and world great has walked through fire for our shirt. Went down to friggin' Serie-B with us just to pull us back up from the dirt again. Didn't even complain or lose his love for the club when he was unceremoniously sold on in 2010. But now he's back, with tears in his eyes, proclaiming his love for Juventus once again.

I also read that he will be an ambassador for the club from now on, in South America, reporting back to Juventus if he comes across interesting talents.

I wish he stayed with us. he woukd of done a better job that Amauri Toni Boriello Anelka or Bendtner combined i wish he played in our new stadium and won serie A like Alex he deserves it.

When he came to the US in 2010. Some of 'tuzers and I went to the game and got autographs from some of the player after the game. Trez came out and people flocked to him but then Del Piero walked out moments later and literally everyone went to him instead so by chance I got to be one-on-one with Trez and had him sign my Juve flag. His hand touched my hand as he signed it :touched: :gayforTrez: and I told him to stay with Juve :heart:
