You said it.

Thanks for posting this in Italian, it makes it a little more clear and great words Chris  Trez, it seems has still left a small chance of him coming back if the management get their act together. I'll pray that it happens.

Forza Trez!
Sorry man! i dont think there's a chance! i think this is what Blanc wanted! They only think of money, and trez makes a lot. I bet they offered a new contract with at least 2 million less! (That is why trez called it ridiculous!). It was an invitation to leave. Trez left his door open! but Blanc and Co. already got what they wanted! they wont call him! Now they're also going to grab on to the gestures and will say that out of respect of juve fans they will terminate negotiations with Trez. Blanc already said that it is easier to negotiate with open miden ppl like buffon. insinuating that trez isnt open for negotiations (After Trez clearly said the they can call his father).

So sorry mate, i doubt that they will get an agreement. You can thank our new directors for that.

Some of u act so shocked and pissed at our board when the fact of the matter is Trezeguet has been on the verge of leaving for the past 3 seasons. Tbh, it was only a matter of time. Its just a shame it had to end this way. Regardless, Trezeguet will always be remembered at Juventus and the fans will be forever grateful for his service.
What actually happened in those three years is that he went on to become the top foreign scorer in Juve's history. Dont know how someone with a milestone that important can be considered an excess or fall under the category of 'only a matter of time'. Maybe Milan's recent successes can teach us a thing or two about honouring our heroes and showing them a little bit of respect. And we're only talking of a 27 year old here. They're offering more respect to their 37 year olds. Fact is, you'll find a Zlatan pretty regularly, but a player with Trezeguet's quality and loyalty comes around once every decade or so. Football is a lot more commercial these days, so best of luck with finding a 'long term solution' to our problems. Your theory by the way, seems pretty opaque to me.

Haven't you got any proof to support what you say except this lame sentence? You say the same to every one who has less post count than yours. You know what, I spotted you saying the same dozens of times.

One's place or country has nothing to do with his football knowledge. Just try to grow up.
Thanx but don't bother Ahmed.
I can't say i know more than Barkuss about football cause i don't know him and i don't know how much he knows football. But i think he knows less than Ancelotti, Lippi, Capello and Deschamps do. All of them had Trezeguet as their leading striker and none of them ever thought of replacing him.

But thank you for your post. I was prepared to give him a Bbilan like reply. Your post stopped me from doing that :D

After Buffon committed to the club, I was very postive but Trez's actions today really do show this is not the Juve we know and love.

Personally, I think Trez's actions were over the top. We all know the trouble he has had with the club and how he feels, but after a glorius seven-year stint with the club this is the way you want to be remembered for going out?

At the same time though I am glad that the board has been called out in such a public manner. It's about time the public has their gaze firmly on the board's actions and now, hopefully... if there is anyone left at the club who cares about the values and tradition of the club, he'll take the board by the scruff of the neck and tell them to stop fucking with everything Juventus stands for.

Thanks for everything Trez!! I'm dissapointed right now, but my memories of you will only be fond. You will be missed.

From what I understand, the contract extension that Juve offered was a few hundred thousand less per yr. Forza Trezegol, but this blind criticism of Secco, Gigli, or conviently "the board", isn't fair. Wage budgets exist, especially for a club who lost out on alot of money this season. Long term, Trezeguet isn't the answer, hence y economically speaking, it wouldn't be smart to offer him more money. Im aware Del Piero's years are numbered as well, except he brings in a shitload of money to Juventus through kit sales and his image.

I think your point is very valid, and I don't believe Trez is the answer for us next season in Serie A, Juve have always treated some star player with little respect.
Remember Roberto Baggio ? So I don't think this is anything new, we probably lined up Hunterlaar already and just needed the money from Trez's transfer.

Who asks for more money? The man was offered less money.
Im aware of that, hence y I brought up the issue of wage budgets, and how long term, from the club's perspective, it wouldn't be a smart financial desicion to keep offering Trez the same money, or which is usually the case with contract extensions, more money.

Im a huge Trez fan, but there are 2 siders to every story, and the only certainty we know now right now regarding Trez is that he wasn't satisified with the terms of the contract, which is a purely monetary issue. That rubs off worse on Trezeguet than it does on the board, imo.

Ahmed, i love Trez just as much i love the other champions we have. For all of us Trez is one of the symbols that remind us of the great times before Calciopoli. I doubt many of us are in their 40's and have Platini as their idol. Most of us are under 30 and for all of us Trezeguet, together with Del Piero, Nedved, Zidane and few others is one of the men we think of first when we say Juventus.
It feels like we're losing huge part of the institution we love so much.

I say again how i'm sorry for all i said if it turns out Trez was the one who asked to leave, but i don't think Trez isn't telling the truth when he says our board members have been disrespectful to him.
Our board is consisted of people we hardly know while Trez is one of our idols for 7 years.
We have every right to be angry
Actually, I can't find proper words to comment. Trezeguet, as you and the vast majority of us here say, has been one of the best players in the club's history by records and statistics. And he is more valuable to our generation because it happens that we've seen him fighting for our glory. But at the same time, I don't know why the board and the coach aren't enthusiastic to keep him. Even if they've a top striker in their list, Trezeguet is more valuable than they think. I'm confused to be honest.

Another point here. Juventus will never ever lose its credibility and serenity. This is why we're Juventus and not Inter. By the way, why we forget that Juventus has a long history of selling his best players; Baggio, Zidane, Tacchinardi, Vialli, etc...

And the official site isn't going to say anything till we officially sell him. :wallbang:

Ranieri is an idiot if he has any part of this.
what do you expect when you have a babbling idiot as a coach, and some anonymous Frenchman, with NO football experience mind you, running the show at Juventus

did I forget to add Secco's name to this train-wreck ??

sorry guys, but we need Moggi back pronto !!!!:agree:

hahaha, first of all....you are from Šibenik....do you know what is football?!?!
second of all....you are mentioning descisive goals? I really cant remember any except one against Milan, when DelPiero's magic turned him into a scorer.
BTW,all his goals are acumulative abnormal efforts of his teammates who realize that they MUST compose an attack handycapped. And what is the real problem.... he makes Del Piero less effective. Take a look at DP then and now. Imagine that he has a partner that can handle the ball and drag away 2-3 players aside spacing him alot....adn for the end....ok,maybe I don't know much bout football(nevermind I played couple of years in Dinamo with some players you consider your national team heroes) but you dont know english.....take a look at my post, and what I said bout midfield and our style of play....

Im new in this forum, so i appollogize if i this is insulting to any of the old ones.

First of all... That was really rude and STUPID! Im from the Dominican Republic. Around here ppl know shit about soccer! We only know how to play baseball. Yet... you see my avatar? That is me in Delle Alpi for Juve-Milan 2004. I made it all the way to Turin out of love for Juventus just to see one night my heroes! So... it is really dumb of you to judge one person's knowledge of Juve just for where he lives.

Second of all.... Are you nuts? suffer from amnesia? or just new to juve?! Decisive goals? Trez has always been decisive!!! Season 2001-2002! 24 goals! he won the scudetto by himself! That year we didnt have that great of a squad and Del Piero wasnt fully recovered! Have you been seeing Serie A in the 7 years Trez played with juve? Damn man! Have You all his goals in champions? Dont you remember twice to madrid? Maybe you were "playing in Dinamo" those years and just didnt notice!

What did you say about midfield and our style fo play? Do you think it has always been contention??!? Have you forgotten about Zidane and Platini (just to mention close history).

Dude, sorry... i dont know English either... But at least in mot Stupid!

Those were the days. :D

You're welcome, Alen. :pint:

Ranieri is an idiot if he has any part of this.
Of course, he has. If he wants Trezeguet badly to stay with the team, it is almost impossible to agree with the management who wants to sell him. Otherwise, he's just a moppet in Secco's hand.

I agree it seems conviently to take it out on the board. But look how they have acted with DD and Trez. Two hardcore bianconeri are leaving us and since I dont know the board personally I can only judge them from their actions. And their actions speaks for themself. imo they should be at a club like Pisa and not our Juventus. They're destroying everything and it makes me fuckin crazy.

well said. I saw the gesture, and I thought it was like spitting in the faces of all Juve Fans. Really don't know how people can think that action was cool or whatever. This was very stupid!

However, like Barkuss said, there are more than better strikers out there than Trez, and if we get Huntelaar or any other world class striker, people will forget him easily.

I thank him for everything and feel sorry that it had to end this way. Still, its his fault too...

It's not stupid. It was very smart of him to tell that dickhead Gigli exactly what he thinks of our board.

fuck them all who want huntelaar so badly
the lad hasn't proven himself in a big competition yet, and some say they rather have him then trezeguet next season.
i say : shoot yourself.
if trezeguet leaves, a part of juventus leaves.
what a fucked up board we have, i must say.
i cannot believe what is happening at juventus.
from what i see now, we'll be back on track in the serie a about 10 years from now. IF we continue this way
