I would be really glad if he stays, it would show that he still loves Juventus more than Champions League. DD will have a big role in this negotiations.

Also, this would mean we don´t have to look all over the Europe for his replacement and risk wasting precious money.

Juve-Trezeguet: a giorni incontro per il rinnovo
26 03 2007

this leave me speechless !! could we have trezeguet and hunter at the same time ?

If so, a scudetto could be a realistic goal. This of course depends on some other signings, but our striking core would be very legitamate.

If Trezeguet would leave I'm hoping it would be Man United, it just feels like it's the best alternative for him personally. But he's gonna stay so it doesn't matter. :D

if hes gonna stay then he has to sign a contract extension, so then if he wants to leave we would get some money out of it in 2008

and its the best way to show ur faith in the project

Juventus Can Win The Scudetto Straight Away, Declares Trezeguet

The French striker believes in the club's project of being competitive already from their first year in Serie A, but is still unsure whether he will remain in Turin or join another club.

David Trezeguet is slowly being convinced that Juventus have a long-term project which can immediately lead to success, as the Italian daily sports newspaper 'Tuttosport' revealed.

The French hitman has in fact declared that motivation will be an important weapon for Juventus next season in their bid to reclaim the Italian crown.

"The club knows what it has to do to challenge straight away Inter and Milan. Without the Champions League, we will have an extra motivation to win the league title."

With regards to his future, Trezeguet has fewer convictions, but is ready to meet the directors of the club after next month to try and find a solution which would please both parties.

"April will be a delicate month, then we shall clear things up on the future and the moment will come to talk with the directors."

he has officially gone insane for making a claim like this and on top of that he has diagnosed his own problem this season.

On the contrary, I see that for him to diagnose his disease, this is a good sign as he can start working on improving his performance. Hence, he can feel that he shares positively in our promotion and he can be ready for the next season's Serie A to rubbish all talks about him being a traitor.

I wish he'll regain his usual form and fight with us in the next season.
