it would be better if Domenech doesnt select Trez for French NT anymore, that way he can concentrate on club committments and continue to put the goals away for us just like he has during pre-season. He and Domenech have never really been best of friends anyways. Domenech is a racist dog.

There’s mixed messages coming out of the Juventus camp, as David Trezeguet has insisted that the club already has what it takes to compete with both Milan sides - less than 24 hours after Cristiano Zanetti and Gianluigi Buffon urged the supporters to not get carried away with their hopes for this season.

Juve’s players were certainly all on the same page during the recent prestige friendly against Roma, when they showed remarkable composure and resilience to fight back from 2-0 down to finish 5-2 victors.

They weren’t reading from the same playbook after the match though, as Trezeguet’s comments contrasted markedly with those of his teammates, who insisted that a top-four finish should be considered mission accomplished.

"On paper, Inter and AC Milan have more than us...but that's only on paper,” the French international striker thundered.

“We are ready to compete and after everything that has happened we have a will to win that other sides can only dream of."

Most Juventus fans appear to be caught somewhere in the middle between high hopes and measured expectation. Many feel that their beloved Bianconeri have more than enough quality to qualify for the Champions League, but also that they could make a serious run for the title if they manage to bring in a couple key players before the close of the transfer window.
