He was lazy trying to stop crosses and it seemed like the attitude that someone else will deal with the problem, which led to their first goal. We can't afford to play like that and every player needs to go out and do their job. Too often we are conceding from players not doing the basics.

I thought Chiesa was supposed to come down and double. Yoh can see he initially wanted to jog back and then realized he has to help Danilo and started running but it was late. I feel like he's not exactly fast to recover, so if he got into the duel harder and got dribbled by, it would give them a better crossing opportunity and more danger. It was a goal this time but Bonucci will not always be so clinical

yeah Bonucci's finishing is rarely that good.

I agree it looks like he was waiting for the cover from Chiesa but he has to do better to stop the cross, he put in no challenge at all. Had another one not long after too.

It is unusual from him because he is usually quite good at stopping crosses, just seemed really sloppy.

Danilo offensively might be the most predictable RB since Grygera or something.

Either he crosses even with a guy right in front, plays the 1-2 cause he can’t beat his man or back-passes.

We lose so many dimensions to our attack versus having another technical fullback who can fill in for Cuads.
