He is walking an insane tight rope. Any lateral movement and he's in the dust. Not bad with the ball though. Nice hustle to recover on that useless lug Beto.

he still looks like someone at the middle of a lifelong panic attack, his body language oozes insecurity and smells like fart. still, he somehow gets it done. he lost his sense of rhythm and he reads the game worse than at empoli, still, he somehow improved in crucial duels, especially against physical cf's. vlahovic, beto, dzeko, abraham only beat him once iirc, which is impressive, especially considering how he shat himself vs the mighty galabinov a few years ago. far from being our worst player, and that's more than i hoped for. forza dani.

He is simply more experienced now and that's it. Considering his age, it's about fucking time he turns into a solid reserve.

IMO he will be renewed and kept. Especially if the management convince him to spread his salary, he earns too much at the moment.

Same goes for MDS.
