His agent is doing his job, nothing wrong in what he said.

And BTW, he is right.
No, he should behave.

One thing is to suggest playing time for your client, and another is talking bollocks just for the sake of it.

He talks like if he was our coach or sumthing.

And "the whole football world"? reallly?.

He should close his mouth and let Rugani train peacefully. His time will come.

Caceres is the more senior player. He has never really put a foot wrong when called upon. His off field behaviour is obviously another matter. Rugani has looked a little shaky in the few chances he has gotten.

3 matches in 13 days coming up.

He will get his time. If I were Rugani, I would be legitimately pissed off if I do not get the start in Sampdoria. Let's be honest here. Caceres taking his place against last place Verona, at home, should be shrugged off.

Much bigger deal if he does not get the start in a more challenging environment in Genoa

If you were going to put an inexperienced kid into the team it would surely make more sense to do it in the easier environment at home agaisnt Verona. I don't see anything to suggest Allegri is suddenly going to through him in for a tough away game.

Or, it could be that he trusts Rugani's composure in more difficult environments than he does Caceres.

This is all conjecture at this point. We will have to wait and see until Sunday.

Apart from the bolded part, I agree 100%.

Rugani still has a long, long way to go to be a starter here and as of yet, Caceres is the more proven CB. He'll get his time eventually.

The only reason Caceres played ahead og Rugani is, cuz Juve are trying to shop him now, ( or he will leave for free in june.

I was thinking this too. Caceres, after all, is stone cold in match playing time.
Even Rugani is in more playing rhytm than him... so it was quite prudent to use him against lowly verona to make him regain match fitness.

And this obvs. We did the same with Coman and he got shopped. Dont you remember?, Allegri suddenly using him in the last chances he had just for bayern to see or whatever?.

it could be the same case

Allegri played Coman because he wanted to keep him, he stated that many times.

Not to mention the fact that Coman had a long contract while Caceres is 6 months away from being a bosman.

Already said what I think about Rugani not playing vs Verona in the previous page, but poor stuff from his agent here. Should have aired his grievances privately at the club. This will create an uncomfortable situation between Rugani and Caceres in the dressing room.

btw he was $#@! in the Coppa game.

Agree with Red, that given Caceres' disciplinary record, Rugani has a right to be a bit put-out that he wasn't picked ahead of him.

That said, the kid couldn't have better teachers than the BBC and Buffon. Plus he seems from his interviews to be very professional and level-headed, I don't think he'll throw his toys out the pram because he's not playing.

“I do additional training sessions alone, I do sprints, steps, changes of direction and I insist on using my left, my weaker foot.

“It’s the details which make a difference. Other people are born as a phenomenon, I was not. I know I’m good, but I can’t be content, I have to work if I want to have a great future.

“I’m ambitious, insatiable. I wasn’t content with six years at school, I’ve got one year left to get a diploma in agriculture, and I want to finish.

“I haven’t drunk a Coca-Cola for four years, not even to go with the pastries my teammates offer in the dressing room. No snacks or junk food, that’s a very bad mistake.”

“I feel very fortunate to be surrounded by top pros on a daily basis and to be able to watch and learn from everything they do,” Rugani told JTV.

“They give me tips of both a technical and tactical nature, while they’ve also helped me on a psychological level to enter the field in the best mental state possible.

“I think that I’ve improved certain areas of my game since joining Juventus. I’m lucky to be training with very talented players across the whole squad.

“The Coach [Max Allegri] and staff are helping me develop in the best possible way.”

I’m glad to have been redeemed by Juventus, I’ve been a Juventino since childhood and I hope to stay in Turin for 10 years.
And the club seems to have huge faith in him too.

Allegri:
http://www.football-italia.net/75451/allegri-rugani-juve-future

Daniele has a bright future ahead of him, but Juventus have three or four of the best centre-backs in Europe. It’s beyond doubt he is the future of Juventus. Right now he needs patience and to continue training.”
Marotta:
“We’re extremely pleased [with him],” Marotta assured Radio Sportiva.

“He has champions in his position though, it’s hard to force his way in. But he embodies the spirit of this club, a sense of belonging, playing in the Champions League.

He’ll be a protagonist in the coming years. His chance will come.”
Bonucci:
http://www.football-italia.net/56940/bonucci-pirlo-and-rugani

“Rugani is a player of great promise and is such a good professional. We already noted his quality when he was in the Primavera youth team. He doesn’t pull back and is humble, so over these last few years his growth at Empoli has been exponential.”
Chiellini:
http://www.football-italia.net/58536/‘italian-defending-will-rise-again’

“I saw Daniele when he was growing up as a player. He got to the Juve primavera team, and I would have put money on him playing in Serie A one day.

“I have to congratulate him, he’s on a meteoric rise, he’s made Serie A and the national team in the space of a year.

“The congratulations are due not only for his age, but for his attitude. He takes things on board, and applies himself to be better every day.

“He doesn’t have the natural talent of [Lionel] Messi, but by working every day he got here.

He will improve every year until he retires. It’s a very important gift, things have never gone to his head, even when joining the Juventus youth team, where it’s not easy to stay down to earth and work with humility when you’re 17-18.

This kid is the real deal, he'll become the best in the world, and I genuinely don't believe A) he wants to go or B) the club would be stupid enough to let him go.

(In b4 the "lol did not read"...)

He wants to stay most likely. Rugani would a complete derp to throw away the chance of learning in this Juve.

His agent is most likely trying to stir shid up, and could very well being trying to load ruganiís head of his bullshid.

I can imagine him thinking like "ill say this to create havoc and is a win win situation....if my rant is effective he will get more playing time, and if it isnt, ill continue doing this until i attract buyers and get my fatpaycheck

This, and his cunt of an agent should keep is fucking mouth shut. I'm getting the impression he's desperate to get his value up for a transfer

And with Marotta and Allegri AND the leaders in the dressing room publically speaking out over their huge faith in the player, i'm not really worried about Rugani
His Agent is pissed. He doesnt want the best for Rugani, he wants to get the most money out of Rugani. Marotta should go to Rugani and explain him he should get a different agent.
