Tuttosport says Juve coach Claudio Ranieri telephoned Inter counterpart Roberto Mancini yesterday to discuss a deal for the Argentina international. The Bianconeri have made a preliminary £7 million offer for the defender.

Juve are turning to Burdisso after failing to find an agreement with Palermo for Andrea Barzagli.

Meanwhile, Juve are working on clinching an option for Udinese striker Fabio Quagliarella. The Serie B champs already have a similar agreement with Piacenza for Daniele Cacia.

Yesterday we sent Zammuto on a co-own to Piacenza and today Guzman and Bianco. I think Guzman on co-own, not sure about both.

This surely means we're getting Cacia now, in the next mercato session or next summer. If Zala leaves then I guess he'll be joining us now.

He's ok, same style am Bianchi I guess and he's off to Man.City for 13m €.

Reggina and Catania are ready to battle it out for the signature of Daniele Cacia. The promising bomber from Piacenza is seen as a worthy substitute for the departed Rolando Bianchi, while Catania need reinforcements after the departures of Corona and Rossini.

Daniele Cacia has signed an agreement with Fiorentina, he was in Florence yesterday to define all the details, and will join in January.
The young bomber of Piacenza had recently suffered a broken fibula, so Fiorentina President Corvino has decided to leave the player in Serie B until he makes a complete recovery.

Fvck Fiorentina, it's like they're following every single move we make. Every player we are linked to suddenly is mysteriously linked to them. Bastards!!!
