Juventus agree option for Piacenza striker Cacia
Juventus have struck terms with Piacenza for striker Daniele Cacia.
Corriere dello Sport says the two clubs have reached terms after the proposal first was raised during negotiations over Antonio Nocerino's return to Juve.
The agreement will see Cacia spend the next six months at Piacenza and become available to Juve during January's winter market. Cacia could still see out the season with Piacenza should Juve management decide a new striker isn't needed.
The 24 year-old forward is currently recovering from a serious knee injury.

ACF Fiorentina Sports Director Pantaleo Corvino could fly to Holland in the next hours to make an attempt for Ajax striker Jan Klaas Huntelaar. The italian club had tracked the player last year too, but after Luca Toni decided to stay one more year in Florence they finally renounced.
