Zanetti: The Sky Has Not Fallen

Juventus midfielder Cristiano Zanetti has called for an end to the drama, and says that there is no crisis at the club.

Juventus midfielder Cristiano Zanetti has called for an end to the drama, and says that there is no crisis at the club.

The Bianconeri have picked up just one point from their last three league games, losing 2-1 at Reggina, drawing 0-0 with Torino and then being toppled 3-2 by Fiorentina.

The club has been heavily criticised for this poor form, particularly coach Claudio Ranieri, however Zanetti says that luck has not been on Juve’s side.

"Well three games and only one point is somewhat peculiar, but nothing dramatic,” the 30-year-old told Tuttosport.

The sky has not fallen.”

Zanetti then went on to explain, specifically, how the last three games have gone against Juve.

"In Reggio Calabria we suffered in the first half, with the goal of Brienza and then everything happened later, with the referee being the protagonist,” he pointed out.

But we do not want to talk anymore about that.

“The derby [with Torino] is always a game in itself and the opportunities were there [to win].

With Fiorentina, on the other hand, apart from the first twenty minutes, we were in control of the game, until 2-2. Then perhaps both teams didn’t want to lose, but we were let down by a series of mistakes. Therefore it was an accidental path - it can happen.

LOL, what chance? IMO it's blatantly obvious Ranieri is gonna choose Nocerino over Tiago.

If Ranieri plays Tiago - Sissoko he should give them instruction that Sissoko ONLY defends and Tiago ONLY gives passes.
