I think some people have a hard time grasping that Ronaldo might actually like playing for the club, he's team mates all seem to love him and might want to up and earth he's settled family again to another country at this age.

I think this will just be a continuation of the CL. No one will stop counting records and trophies from before, but simply call them different. Like instead of Ronaldo being all time CL top scorer hed be Europes top competitions all time top scorer. If we win it wed be 3x european champions instead of 1x SL champions. No one forgot European Champions Cup records when the CL was formed
