Don't get me wrong...

It's funny to say, but Ronaldo is a long-term sport project. The man is obsessed about his legacy and his presence will force Juventus to succumb to his needs and bring a coach & players that suit him. He's ready to play till he's 40 if it means he'll go down as the GOAT. I believe that by the 2021/2022 season will be monsters with him as the head of the spear.

But as a piece of the puzzle to the post 2017/2018 cycle? He wasn't what we needed. He just doesn't fit to this team, with these players. As I said, it'll take years for this team to be truly Ronaldo's team.

You need to play fast paced attacking football with players who can feed him crosses. Meanwhile we have... Pjanic, who's slow as fuck, Matuidi who can't control his feet on the counter, Cuadrado and Sandro who can't hit a wall with their crosses if they stood 3 M from it.
Cuadrado and Sandro might not be the best of crossers out there but i’m pretty sure majority of their assists here came from decent crosses.

It’s also about to who and when you cross imo.

If your only box pressence is CR against 3 CBs, no one will deliver him the ball. You need to time it perfectly for him to fly over 3 guys (without getting his movement interrupted, so he gets enough bounce) and then a perfect shot from most probably not a good shooting position. Basically a Sampdoria like flight and shot. Can't blame Cuads and AS for sarree taking away Mandzu from them

this team is screw up by the incompetence of paratici and the huge salary of ronaldo on our payroll

Do you guys think he'll still be here next season?
He is a competitor he will not leave on a failure, but it is true that we can ask the question.
For the club, the sports project is not taking off, and our finances are in the red. For him, leaving Real to come to Juve is a sporting regression, he earns more money but deep down I would like to know his feeling on the level of his teammates, he must be depressed thinking about it, luckily Georgina is there.

Honest and Sincere Question:

If we fail to win Serie A and get eliminated by Lyon, has the Ronaldo experiment failed? :boh:
It depends. He would still technically be under contract, we can improve our squad and aim for CL next year. It’s going to take a lot of Will and power to change things and invest in a proper top midfield...

Higuain also missed a chance at the end of the first leg in 2010 too
It was early that miss. Madrid was up 1-0 when Gerardo blew that sitter. Then Pjanic sent Real packing. Oddly enough, i think that Madrid beats inter in the final if they got there instead of handicapped Bayern. Too bad they choked

Its not failed ... but not fixing the mid ... makes the whole project is near to collapse...
high salaries and many impotent players...

Last summer many of us worried about our mid problems ... this season is all confirmed...

now hope this summer we will fix all the issues including the coach ....

Feels good seeing him saying we'll advance. I remember Evra leaking his conversation with him about the Atleti return game in which he said "We'll smash them". Which we did
