What I'm curious about is to see how this thing can be settled. How can the alleged victim prove that Ronaldo raped her without her consent, after she "changed" her clothes in his hotel room. And two, how can Ronaldo prove that he's innocent, other than simply denying the accusations?
The documents say she called the police and was examined by a doctor immediately afterwards, no?

Yeah, but this...

"A Medical Expert
The text cites a "medical expert" who stated the injuries in Mayorga's rectum may have been caused by "several objects" and not necessarily by "penetration of a penis."
There is also testimony from another expert, a former detective who had allegedly specialized in sexual assault investigations. The retired cop was quoted as saying that Mayorga could have caused the injuries herself. That would explain why it had taken her several hours after the alleged incident to call the police, he said.

The thing is that Cristiano doesn´t need to prove his innocence. He is already innocent until proved otherwise.

The burden of the proof relies on the other part.

Note how it's the lawyer doing all of these investigations into other potential victims and not a neutral party like the LVMD. He even says he's going to be chasing up Ronaldo's exes to ask them what their sexual experience with him was like. Is that the role of a lawyer? Shouldn't his sole focus be on his OWN client and securing justice for her?

Surely, this indicates that:

a). he doesn't have the sufficient evidence needed to win the case for Mayorga so is "fishing" to see who else can say they were "raped" by Ronaldo to back up his case.
b). he's trying as hard as possible to illustrate this image of Ronaldo as some sort of serial rapist to influence the mind of the jurors that may be present in any court proceedings as well as the public opinion of him (trial by media)

This rape case is already losing the interest of the public and it hasn't even been that long since the news came out. Probably in a months time most people would've forgotten about it unless some new, even more incriminating evidence comes up against Ronaldo.

EA have even put his picture back on their website.

The old bitch in this video is ridiculous. Ronaldo should be innocent until proven guilty:

If this case has been resurfaced earlier this year when Ronaldo was still a RM player then I don't think Florentino had a hand in this. I just feel bad for Juve after all the investment. Juve do not deserve this.

Meh, she got destroyed by Pierce and it wasnt hard since she seems rather daft. Btw this case isnt evoking that much interests. Prolly because no substantial evidence to support accuser's allegation so its gonna die pretty soon.

Not following this CR7 stuff at all and don't want to! Haven't been into Juve day-to-day till joining this forum but appears Italy dislikes Juve, CL people dislike Juve, and now all this shit coming out about CR7 only after wearing the Juve jersey! WTF!

Those feminists are old, bitter and lonely. The wall was not kind to them.
