I agree. At this point I don’t care if he leaves, I appreciated him in our colours, it even felt surreal at times, but if he really wants to leave, we must get the best out of any potential deal, we always get fucked over. Bernardo and Jesus for him or no move, we got all the cards if City are desperate.

You are talking like City have no options but cave in to our demands.
In terms of spending power - City are probably the 2nd richest club in the world (after PSG).
They can get Ronaldo and they can move to someone else.
Ronaldo has these wages so they will either swap one of them/pay up 30M or they`ll wait for next year and probably have to fight PSG for a free Ronaldo.

Also its not City that are desperate - Its us!
If you believe all these rumors and it is probably true - Ronaldo wants to leave and it seems the feeling is mutual. If we dont get a deal for him soon we might see a contract termination.

100 goals in 3 seasons. Fastest player in in the last decade to reach 100 goals for Juve. Up until Chiesa joined, Ronaldo scored every single one of Juve’s goals in UCL knockout stages. He’s done more than enough and he’s been the savior more than enough times
I feel bad for him. The most annoying part is that most ppl (idiots) fail to see that WE failed him, and not the other way around.

In the last three seasons, I didn't see the effort he made in the CL from other players. when you play for a team…every player needs to play! One man cannot handle everything..our squad wasnt good enough

We can find all the miss shoot in the double leg for every knockout that happened. And he clearly play above his paygrade in every of our knockout because we are being beaten by fucking mediocre club

in short:
- confirmed they received 160m offer from Madrid,
- called Madrid behaviour illegal and shameful,
- said that Mbappe confirmed to them that he want to leave,
- Madrid offer is too low, its less than what they paid for him when he was 18 and Real knows they will owe 35m to Monaco if they sell him,
- he will only leave on their terms and 160m is much lower than their expectations,
- he wont leave for free, that is not an option,
- says Real is really not trying to buy him but to get no from PSG to show they tried and then sign him for free next season.
the deadline for them is august 31.
Thanks. Seems like this Leonardo guy is a very stupid person lol

City also desperate.
They need a proven striker and who do you need potential candidate. Chelsea, MU, Chelsea strenghten their team. Ronaldo will give them option while he offer more dimentional scoring ability than Aguero. it could be 30/35m for 2-3 season for Ronaldo there

While at the same time the transfer also impact for commercial purpose for Man City. Ronaldo still one of most popular players on earth and has a lot of fans

Leonardo again to L’Équipé: “Am I am certain that Kylian Mbappé will not extend? I don't know how to answer, we’ve been working the whole summer to show our top team to Mbappé. He just PROMISED he wouldn't go free, that's a fact"

Fuck this notion. Our only target with him is UCL

Look where we lost Ajax, Lyon Porto > while before him we lost against big clubs like Madrid and Barca on final
So the difference is there. He failed us hard while we paid him so much money

and it is not like we improved our squad, we get De Ligt one of the best young DC and Chiesa over the year, but the result is there
So for the better for all we better kick his ass out and move on with a better teamplay without this egomaniac
