‼️ Several newspapers are writing that the position of director Cristiano #Giuntoli is under examination. Several names have already come out in the press as possible replacements, one of these - for whom there is appreciation - is Marco #Ottolini of Genoa.

Excellent

For me it’s not even about the signings (although many of them leave a lot to be desired) but his horrible attitude and seemingly abrasive personality he has with everyone he comes in contact with. Just a toxic motherfucker.

Well, some people said we need this type of guy here...he is a fraud who needed 8 years in napolo to win scudetto. And the best players napoli bought werent even his idea. Its not hard to scam our management, so he did it really good.

I prefer the Atalanta sporting director Toni D'Amico. In his first year with Atalanta in 2022, he concluded 71 incoming and 74 outgoing, this is when there are still no loan restriction rules, this alone showed that he can conclude so much deals (more of them should be loans, because how they work those years like a farm club)

he net ~30m in his first year of transfer (71 incoming , 74 outgoing) Farm clubs
~75m positive in 2nd year (42 incoming, 45 outgoing) sorted out unneeded players
~12m positive in 3rd year (24 incoming, 26 outgoing) recycle + regeneration

His top signing this year, he got De Ketalaare on obligation (pretty cheap) and he starting to produce great result, saw him at Milan, great prospect but he really need those pressure release that he got at Atalanta. Retegui, top scorer far beyond other players(7 goals diff to 2nd place). Bellanova for RWB. I actually analyzed their team at the start of season and see that their RWB Zappacosta getting old, and that they should buy Bellanova(the most click Italian) to recycle that position, and basically that happen this season. Now he is starting become a permanent for Italy spot

Seriously get a sporting director who knows ligue 1 inside out, not some other Italian clown who will trade your best youngsters and buy shit.

Whether it managers, directors, or even sometimes players, it's always the same recycled trash that we're linked with. Manna is a fucking joke. Once again, this club has zero creativity, zero ideas on how to change things up for the better. It's fucking pathetic.

This. No folks from the Genoas, Napolis, or whatever other shitty Italian club that has no talent.

Without qualification for the champions league, Giuntoli is at risk! The ownership group and Elkann will evaluate the director at the end of the season. Giuntoli has spent €200m on 13 players and yet Juventus are lower in the table then they were last season (@GiovaAlbanes- @Gazzetta_it)

Di Natale is the only Juve journalist outside of Agresti worth listening to.

I would keep him though, changing a DS again doesnt strike me like the best idea. Lets not forget that Marotta also failed miserably with his first coach choice in Del Neri.
He definitely needs to get his shit together, but he made good signings on paper. The reaction to sacking of Motta is really telling though, even his so called pupils like Koop didnt say a word and thats actually worrying for me.
