The clock is ticking and we still haven't signed a CB yet. Seems like we will lose out to our rivals Lazio on Veiga deal. I also wouldn't be surprised if we end up having to compete with other clubs for Lloyd Braun. Why wouldn't a relegation battler like Ipswich or Southampton want him? Surely clubs that leak over 50 goals would want such a decorated CB to help guide them to safety.

Looking forward to future disappointments under the Napoli fan.

I’m starting to believe this guy is worse than Paratici.

At least we won a couple of Scudetti with him as DS. This guy is leading us to oblivion with his awful moves in the market and his lack f urgency.

Don’t be so quick to crown him. Tici literally dug the ditch that Junes is getting the club out of.

Agree Paratici definitely has a great eye for talent, but he cant be trusted as main negotiator. He fucked us over with some of his deals its unreal.
Giuntolis biggest problem is that his 3 main signings this summer transfers arent working at all, but it could very well still turn into his favour as all of them were so far in probably the worst form they have ever been. Also crippled by injuries. So i guess we can only expect they will improve.
At the same time i consider the deals for Thuram and Conceicao to be a great ones and this players will either be a core of this team for time to come or bring us a hefty sum when transferred. Same goes for Kalulu who is probably already worth much more what we will pay for him.

What he is definitely guilty of is the lack of CB transfer at the start of jan window, it was simply too risky, because injury of Kalulu or Gatti could possibly ruin our entire season.

Lets take Eintracht Frankfurt for example. They just sold Marmush for 75M Euros to City, a dude who might be a half season wonder. As soon as they sold Marmush, they already had a replacement lined up in Wahi for 25M. That's a 50M plusvalenza and a similar type of player who has real potential. If we're going to sell players, this is the model we should follow. Not squandering a Huijsen for pittance, or caving to City to sell Cambiaso in the January window when they just bought a half-season wonder for 75M.

Actually, we should be firing Jungtoli immediately and getting the directors from EF.

What are u talking about, I can already see a reactions here if he we sold our star player and replace him with OM bench player. We sold Huijsen just like manure is now selling Garnacho, to record plusvalenza and get a needed digits in the budget. If we didn't have to do that we wouldn't do that.
