The fact that there are no big clubs lining up for his signature is what drive his valuation. Not 1 season experience in Serie A. If the like of Real Madrid, Barcelona, Man City come knocking for him and each of them submit a formal bid, then it will shoot their valuation because the "fear of missing out" factor from those club. If these sources to be believe then I believe probably Leicester offer for Soule is around 21m pound +4m pound addon (25m pound in total which is translate as 29.2m euro if I use calculator with today currency rate). Usually those EPL club bid in those pretty numbers, so roughly Italian media will report it as 30m Euro (including addons). And they never spoke about the % sell on fee on next transfer with Leicester (cmiiw). sometimes some transfer guru will miss in communication instead reporting the 4m pound as addon include they add those numbers again in the transfer bid amount they reporting so they count for the bonuses 2 times that is where the estimation of 35m euro Leicester bid come

So basically with Roma we got the same deal which is 26+4m in addons and we get 10% of resale value. I really think this resale value is what Giuntoli consider to fill those 5-10m difference in our asking price of 35-40m

Case closed. We sell him he is not our player anymore and hopefully he just be a mediocre but still with some flashy moves and he can record another 50m transfer hopefully to Saudi club at least we will get another 5m from this transaction. Just like when AS Roma sell Auoar for profit
