Indeed, Moli is not our weakest link this season, but Marchionni is!
BUT, Marchionni is supposed to be just Camo's sub and he showed some potential at his Parma days.
Grygera can be replaced by Zebina and Mellberg.
But Molinaro is the only player in our squad who is still irreplaceable.
A starter and thats not because of his consistent great performances, or his great potential/talent.
Hopefully, those three, will not find their way to our starter eleven next year...

I didnt forgot about DC, but CR did, just like he proved last, he is completely biased and favors Moli, beyond any logic. DC didnt fail, he never had a real chance to prove himself, not even the 1/100 of the chances Moli had...
That was i was afraid that Moli's presence will hurt our team's potential in the future!!
Because of Moli we didnt buy a quality LB and because of him we are not willing to try player with far better potential!
That was foreseen in a discuss i had with Osman!
Moli has given far more chances, than any other player of similar or even double potential would only dream for...
The official excuse would have been that, because of the lack of interest of our owners, we would rather rather prefer to turn DC into a winger and sub to Neddy/Silva etc and Giovinco into a sub a DP. So that we would avoid further investment. Thats the only logical plan i can see, BUT that wouldnt explain two things:
-If DC is a winger and was brought to be as such, then who the f&*k is our sub LB again?? Once again, this is the only position in an entire lot that faces no competition! Our forward line has world class competition and we are still interesting of further boosting it, our RB has 3-4 alternatives (on theory, but you prefer quantity over quality, anyway) WTF are we doing for our left wing??
-Then why him or Gio never get to rest Neddy as well??
If Molinaro is such a great defender you claim he is and not liability, then why should we sacrifice our attacking option to play an old man who cannot offer much offensively, any more??
One way or another, there is a big whole in the plot there...i smell smth dirty going on...
I ve been waiting for the real Marchio's return, like forever...
Its time to get over with it, maybe a loan to a less competitive team, could benefit him and help him come back. He should not be allowed to become such a liability,
this certainly will have a negative impact on his carrier.

One of the key rules of defending as a fullback is to never let your opponent cut inside. Inevitably this will allow the opposition to send in a few crosses which should be taken care of by the rest of the defence.
I've played fullback for 12 years and even at lower levels it's impossible to stop all crosses. Forcing the opponent to cross into a penalty box with Chiellini, Mellberg and Buffon in first place is a sign of good defending.

I know he is not very gifted player, and i dont think he can be a decisive player in a championship winning team, but i damn like his attitude and his commitment. He doesnt do that sad face too often now when he misses a cross or does something bad
