My issue with the anti-vax crowd here is that large numbers of people getting sick increases the chance of significant mutations, which can potentially affect everyone on the planet considering we at best barely have a hold on this.

- Vaccines that don't contain the virus allow the virus to be spread????
- Vaccines that don't contain the virus allow hosts to spread the virus quicker and more efficiently than normal????
- You don't need a vaccine because it's really not deadly/is the flu, but also people that got the vaccines (that don't contain the virus) are killing people with a virus that isn't deadly/is the flu????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

I think we're going to be stuck in a "two steps forward, one step back" scenario for a while. I see it either mutating itself into a weaker state where there are an "acceptable" amount of deaths such as with the seasonal flu, or we develop something effectively treats moderate to severe infections.
