We have to play with the first team, this is not a joke. we aren't playing in Europe so why to rest players?? the season just begun ffs and already a rest??

Exactly. Rest guys who need the rest like DP and Neddy but the players need the minutes now, for their fitness and to gel together as a team. There's no need to be resting our starters for this game.

I prefer not to play our 2nd formation/team, would be a huge kick to see our team eliminated. So we better not take it easy.

As you can see, Del Piero, Nedved, Criscito, Zanetti and Camoranesi are missing so we will be at the most playing with our 50% first 11. I'd rather see the team concetrating on the league than wasting energy on Coppa italia. Take the coppa seriously but not too seriously.
If we can manage to win the first 3-4 matches with a good show this would be a good start for our campaign.
Winning against Livorno was a good thing, espcially that Inter and Lazio drew. This means that we are 2 points ahead of two serious competitors. Even more we are 3 points ahead of another serious competitor for CL spot, Palermo.
Lets concetrating on competing for the scudetto so we can reach a CL spot. If we aim at the CL spot then we might fall short and barely get the UEFA CUP.

I think Ranieri will leave trezy on the bench & start with Iaquinta & palladino upfront,at least I hope so.

I second that. It's a classic italian football sound. Ever since I've watched football in italian they've always had some sort of trumpet for when another teams scores. frankly, It makes the channel.

So the mistery is solved at last , we play only one elimination match against Parma, then 2 leg match with Empoli before match with Inter. Easily said than done.

From the other side of the equation, Milan and Roma will probably fill their young squad as it seem not to be very interested in Coppa, its either Sampdoria or Palermo in final against Juventus then.
