Oddo is doing surprisingly well with Udinese, since taking over Del Neri a pretty underwhelming Udinese team, he has managed:

0:1 against Napoli
3:0 against Crotone
2:0 against Benevento
3:1 against Inter

and last night 0:1 against Napoli in Coppa. After his disastrous first try with Pescara in Serie A this is going very well for him
To be fair the Pescara job is a thankless position. They had no chance staying afloat. It's strictly a job for Serie A experience.
