Messi can play everywhere. Didn't some guys claim he plays better on the right but is only in the centre because it fits Barca better?
He can, but when you have the best striker in the world, why play anyone else there, even if they are Higuain.

I'm sure someone did claim that. I think he's better off in the centre because he's such a goal threat there.

You said you'd play him behind a front three anyway, not on the right of one.

lavezzi plays on both sides of the field, unlike aguero and tevez will always start ahead of higuain. With maradona it was tevez-higauin with messi behind them, its still weird though that tevez is starting from the get-go since he barely even made the tournament. Guess all is back to normal between him and batista

Yeah I know, as a trequartista sorta. I just think he's good enough to play anywhere in attack/attacking midfield. Tevez could drop back and they can work the center together too. It's Messi, son. The Messiah.

Ooooh, tough words from Gabriel. But if he gets crucified he'll be like Tupac. They'll call him the greatest ever.

Yeah, Brazil's always the main threat but this year I have a strong feeling Argentina will win. I'll be rooting for Uruguay anyway.

Playing Messi in midfield would be a serious waste of his talent. He has to be part of the front three, either in the center, or on the right.

The game is going to be 4:50 AM over here, i don't know if i'm going to be able to make it :frown:
