Romero was the only redemptive thing on Argentina's side.
But talk about blown opportunities by Colombia. They should have won this. Argentina may have flubbed possession a lot and Messi was, well, Messissoko on the night. And Colombia's coach waiting for all three subs with no regulation time left??? WTF?
But Colombia's defense looked solid. Organized. Great touches. Great clears. Rock steady. And they defended up the pitch as well as in their own end... and did so without committing so many behind the ball. As bad as Argentina was, I have to give them props for a nice organized defensive effort.
