It's a common problem. A couple of tips:

If you use Internet Explorer...
1. Make sure you are not viewing this forum
2. Then from the menu choose
Tools > Internet Options > General > Delete cookies
3. Close your browser

Another way is..
1. Close your browser
2. Delete all files from Windows\Cookies and Documents and Settings\username\Cookies.
