maybe it is a shrewd plan to convince CONI to give us a larger points reduction...trying to show that now Juve are very honest and deserve some "mercy" for lack of a beter word....

I don't know what is this about, or what's going on there in Italy. But Moggi and Giraudo MUST be sued and recive heavier punishments, also every person involved in this. They caused a lot of people to lose money, and stole money from the goverment (about the taxes etc..), this kinds of crimes should taken seriously, and these criminals should be judged..

I am talking about the Ileagal things and law here, and still didn't bring Juve's image to this. so yeah, sue them!

and please do not come to me with "he did to protect Juve" bullshit, and don't tell me to respect those criminals :disagree:

I understand that the new management is trying to clean Juve's image, but to attack the old managers and say that Juve may sue them, is not accepted, at least, for me...

Gigli is saying this cause Juve r in desperate need of money. Since our board pussied out from taking the real crooks head on, Moggi and Giurado are the next best thing. Disgraceful imo.

I'm still baffled at how you could hate Moggi and Giroudo so much....yes they've commited crimes yet not as vast and powerful as the media make them out.

To me, if we had gone to the civil courts, and if our board had the guts to stand up to the real scandal, our harsh punishment could have been totally dropped.

Juve are the victims of the real scandal, and it would take more than just fragmented pieces of phone conversation (that doesnt even consist of a confession) to change my mind about that.

I agree that cheating and law breaking should be punished, heavily when neccessary. But regarding Juve's punishment, its more of a "intented" rushed and incomplete investigation.

I m sure the lawyers for Juve would have exercised every available option to ensure our top flight status...Do u think Juventus would have just surrendered meekly and accepted the court's decison to strip us of our scudetti and demote us to serie B??? The "Triade" must have done some seriously illega/criminal shit for us to accept such punishment...and dont 4get it was even mentioned we would be dropped till C2 not just B...Just wash our hands clean of those 3 and lets move on

Gigli says also that if he was on the shoes of Moggi, he would be silent and doesn't make more resistance!!

Yes the FIGC are a bunch of dodgy bastards.
Yes Inter are further into the scandal than the press lets you think.
Yes Milan might be protected by Berlusca.
Yes we have been screwed by them and our punishment is too hard.

Still. Moggi is a dodgy manager. He was before he joined us, and he didn't change his methods when he was at Juve. He is a criminal and must be judged and treated like one. He might not be the devil the media make him up for, still he's not the victim of the whole system as some here would like him to be.
Giraudo was a brilliant financial director? probably. But then why the faked financial reports, the tax eviction,... while he was a big stakeholder himself?

I'd like people here to stop acting like Juve were the victims of this whole scandal. We did wrong things and must be punished for that.
I do agree that the trials were totally unfair, that our case was judged before it started, and that alot of people had INTERest in seeing us falling into the abyss of Serie B (they probably hadn't the guts to throw us to C1 or C2).

We were treated unfairly, and I too ask for real justice, yet that doesn't make us victims.

Finally Cobolli Gigli found the balls do do the right thing - those two corrupted bastards had cost us Serie A and loads of cash! :money:

If anything they should do, they should be paying Juventus until the rest of life! :(

Moggi is probably swimming somewhere in the Bahamas and jerking off and he is pretending on national TV that he is innocent!

Innocent my ass! All what he did for Juve was wiped out last summer!

These two idiots should be assasined!

Forza Cobolli Gigli!

Always when somebody doesn't have anything special, he has to prove himself by attacking those who were in his position before...

    And that is Gigli simply...

I'll give him ten years, and let's see what he will do in such fraudelent league in such fraudelent country...

And please guys, take in consideration that Juve doesn't play in Utopia's football league...
