Interesting LaStampa article mentioning some of our youngsters on loan : http://www.lastampa.it/sport/cmsSezioni/quijuve/200711articoli/12184girata.asp

Marchisio
Almiron could leave in january, and Marchisio could replace him (at least in june) as he is the same type of player and faster

Giovinco
The whole of Italy is in awe of his talent. Even Fabio Capello praised the young player, by hailing his capacity of dribbling on the left and on the right.

De Ceglie
They see De Ceglie mainly as a winger, who can also be used as a wing back. This lead some people to tag him as Zambrotta's heir....

About Giovinco, I think Capello praised Giovinco's ability of dribbling with both his left and right foot, not reffering to the left and right side on the pitch.

I could be wrong though :).

That could be very true. La Stampa quoted: Capello: «Sa dribblare a destra e a sinistra»

marchisio is similar to almiron? i don't know he seems like a more defensive player, or that's how empoli employ him.

if capello can praise somebody with flair, that has to be a good thing. plus, despite how much he is disliked around here, capello is top-class.

zambrotta's heir? if he can come close, just remember that i was one of the few here that think he has the quality to start for juve eventually:D

De Ceglie is better than Molinaro and Criscito on the left back position. We could get him in January. He would improve our wing back sintuation.

Giovinco is an outstanding talent. I am not sure if January would be the right moment to get him back

Can anyone who has actually watched De Ceglie extensively comment on what type of player he is? I've seen him a few times and i can't fully gather what is his best position, for example he has played just about every position for Siena this season including CAM, LM, CDM and now LB for the azzurini..

Is he too attacking for LB and how are his defensive abilities? I think it would be a welcome change if we see a fullback at juve who can actually cross a ball and attack without ignoring his defensive duties.
