Hopefully Empoli will gain promotion and we will loan them Rugani for another season, along with other youngsters. Sassuolo has to remain in Serie A as well.

Sassuolo and Empoli, our B clubs :D

    How is Gabbia doing?

    - - - Updated - - -

    Appelt as well.

the brazilian is doing fine whilst manolo is hardly inspiring much hope.

As for Masi...Ternana have not been in great form. Albert has been competent, perhaps not the force of last season, but he will remain there for the second half of the season. 11 starts, 3 goals. Main problem art Ternana is that Masi is their second top scorer!

It will be interesting to see where Buoy ends up this month...

    Co-owned/Loaned players overview v6
period: november - up to 7.01.2014

    taken from http://www.juvepoland.com/news.php?id=27627

    Serie A players

Immobile presents the best form lately. In the last seven games he found the net six times and has already 9 goals in Serie A - only Tevez, Rossi and Palacio are better. Unfortunately 23yo player suffered an injury in his last game vs Parma and according to the latest reports will be sidelined for about 7-8 weeks. Berardi is not as impressive as he was at the beggining of the season. In his last 3 league games he failed to score or make an assist. His average performances are connected with Sassuolo's paralysis. Sass lost last 4 games and falied even to score 1 goal since 1 of December which resulted in going back to the relegation zone.

Zaza is still a regular for Neroverdi, in november/december he scored two goals and his overall result is 5 goals in Serie A so far. Marrone regularly shows up in the starting 11 of the promoted club, but coach Di Francesco took him off two times during the HT lately, putting Kurtić on. Vs Fiorentina midfielder got an early yc and played nervously and vs Genoa he had just weak performance. Ziegler is glued to the bench, however he got his chance vs Fiorentina, playing on the left wing of the 3-4-3 formation. He wasn't bad but his situation in the team did not changed. He played in Coppa Italia with other reserve players as well. After the coach change in Sampdoria Gabbiadini is a starter as a RW in the 4-2-3-1. He managed to score 2 goals but picks up a lot of yc. Sorensen has 0 minutes in Serie A since november - he was unavailable due to the yc accumulation vs Juve, then he played 90' in Coppa vs Siena (lost 1:2) and picked up an another injury that sidelined him for ~3 weeks. He'll return this weekend most probably.

Domenico Berardi (US Sassuolo) - 500/720 min, 2 goals, 2 assists, 2 yc
Simone Zaza (US Sassuolo) - 446/720 min, 2 goals, 1 yc
Reto Ziegler (US Sassuolo) - 174/720 min
Luca Marrone (US Sassuolo) - 518/720 min, 1 yc

Manolo Gabbiadini (UC Sampdoria) - 533/630 min, 2 goals, 3 yc
Ciro Immobile (Torino) - 536/630 min, 6 goals, 1 yc
    Frederik Sorensen (Bologna FC) - 324/720 min, 2 yc (= 1 red c)

    Players outside Italy

Our duo from Primera Division - Boakye and Rossi deserve a mention, they regularly show up in the starting 11s. Ghana boy scored twice lately - 1 in league and 1 in Copa. From the end of the november Gouano is a starter for Waalwijk, playing as a defender he didn't miss any minute of league games. Laursen manages to get only single minutes, Montrucchio fails to play in Greece. Diagne had no chance to show his abilities in the last team of Ligue 1- Ajaccio, so he was loaned to belgian Lierse. Jupiler League starts only 18th of January, so 22yo player will have some
time to prepare to play for new team.

Richmond Boakye (Elche CF) - 526/630 min, 2 goals, 2 yc
Mbaye Diagne (AC Ajaccio) - 0 min, club change
Jacob Laursen (Odense Boldklub) - 36/360 min
Fausto Rossi (Real Valladolid) - 539/720 min, 1 yc
    Prince-Desir Gouano (RKC Waalwijk) - 540/540 min, 1 yc
Andrea Montrucchio (AO Chania) - 0/360min

    Serie B players

It's time to summarize Serie B first half of the season. League is now on the break and returns on 25th of January. Winter champion is Palermo, but Empoli with Rugani has only 1p less. 19yo is an undisputed starter in the best defence of Serie B, playing full 90min every week. The next one who impressed lately is Masi, 21yo defender regain his starting spot in Ternana in the beggining of November. In 9 games he managed to get 3 goals - every one was scored after a set piece and every one was crucial to get 3p, so needed for relegation fighting Ternana.

Buchel, Pasquato, Pinsoglio and Schiavone can't complain, because every one of them is getting some decent amount of game time. A couple of starts for Beltrame in Bari as well. Situation of our trio from Spezia - Leali, Magnusson and Gabriel is a little more complicated since Devis Mangia took over. Hordur managed to play only once in December and Gabriel has a muscle injury since the end of November. Safe place in the goal of 12th team of Serie B has Leali that missed only Coppa games. Nocchi got his chance as a goalkeeper in Carpi - 23yo played 6 games and managed to get 2 clean sheets and one assist! but last two matchdays his place was taken by Kovacsiks.

Spinazzola, Boniperti, Castiglia, Josipović, Kabashi and Padovan can't settle in their teams and got only a couple of starts. Branescu, Liviero and El Malaka Martinez did not play at all. The situation of Uruguayan player is quite a mystery.

Gabriel Appelt Pires (Spezia Calcio) - 242/900 min, 1 assist
Nicola Leali (Spezia Calcio) - 720/900 min
Hordur Magnusson (Spezia Calcio) - 80/900 min

Zoran Josipović (Novara Calcio) -140/900 min, 1 assist
Jorge Martinez (Novara Calcio) - 0/900 min

Elvis Kabashi (Pescara Calcio) - 110/900 min
Stefano Padovan (Pescara Calcio) - 4/900 min

Matteo Liviero (Carpi FC) - 0/810 min
Timothy Nocchi (Carpi FC) - 540/810 min, 1 assist

Andrea Schiavone (AC Siena) - 434/900 min, 1 goal, 1 yc
Leonardo Spinazzola (AC Siena) - 199/900 min, 1 assist

Daniele Rugani (Empoli FC) - 720/810 min, 1 yc
Luca Castiglia (Empoli FC) - 91/810 min

Alberto Masi (Ternana Calcio) - 613/810 min, 3 goals, 5 yc
Cristian Pasquato (AC Padova) - 658/810 min, 1 goals, 1 assist, 1 yc
Filippo Boniperti (FC Crotone) - 24/810 min
Laurentiu Branescu (SS Juve Stabia) - 0/810 min
Marcel Buchel (SS Virtus Lanciano) - 707/810 min, 5 yc
Carlo Pinsoglio (Modena FC) - 810/810 min
Stefano Beltrame (AS Bari) - 305/810 min, 1 assist

    Lega Pro players

Cavion turned out to be a valuable asset for Reggiana, De Silvestro, Ilari and Lanini are doing good, playing in most games. Finally some chances to play for Margiotta, who managed to grab 2 goals. Not a dream situation for Belfasti, Libertazzi and Ruggiero who can't find their place in Lega Pro teams.

Nazzareno Belfasti (FC Pro Vercelli) - 0/630 min
Giuseppe Ruggiero (FC Pro Vercelli) - 150/720 min
Alberto Libertazzi (FC Pro Vercelli) - 15/720 min

Michele Cavion (AC Reggiana) - 424/630 min
Elio De Silvestro (AC Reggiana) - 462/630 min, 1 yc

Carlo Ilari (SS Barletta Calcio) - 517/720 min, 3 goals, 1 yc
Francesco Margiotta (FBC Unione Venezia) - 395/720 min, 2 goals
Eric Lanini (AC Prato) - 707/720 min, 1 goal

Bouy's future will depend on if Juve will buy the belgian from cagliari, if not he will stay put
The two siutations were and are in no way connected whatsoever. Bouy has a handful of minutes in a coppa italia match against might Avellino to show for his time with the senior squad...he is nowhere near the first team, which makes sense considering his experience in Italy is slightly more than half a season in Serie B with Brescia. He stayed with our squad after a bad injury suffered last february. very similar to the one which crunched Quagliarella a couple of years back. It takes a long time to recover. So rather than head out on loan in the Summer, when he was just starting to train again, the coaching staff decided to keep him at Juve, with our high class facilities, help get him truly right, before sending him out on loan once again. I do not believe there was any suggestion whatsoever if him playing a part in our serie a campaign or Europe. Perhaps just a few minutes in a coppa italia tie against a no hoper opponent.

Brescia may take him back. Novara were sniffing around recently...I look forward to seeing him pick up where he left off last Feb. Good luck to the lad. We have a dearth of creative central midfielders in our ranks. Marrone, Appelt, Bouy.

Juventus: A Progress Report on the Bianconeri's on-Loan Strikers

For two years Juventus searched for top-notch strikers to complete their powerful team. This summer, they finally acquired Fernando Llorente (on a Bosman) and Carlos Tevez (for a song from Manchester United).

While those acquisitions were necessary in the short term, over the long term it's entirely possible that neither one will be leading the line for the Bianconeri.

Juventus has a stake in no fewer than six high-quality forwards no older than 23. All six are away from the club on loans or co-ownership deals. The group includes a Serie B leading scorer and a pair of players who led teams to promotion to the top flight.

Any or all of these six players can secure Juve's front line for years to come, and fans are anxious to see how they can contribute if and when they return to Juventus Stadium.

Let's take a look at how these young strikers are progressing at their loan clubs and see just how close they are to featuring for Juventus.

Mbaye Diagne, loaned to Lierse SK, scored a hattrick. He scored 4 goals in 2 games. Not that he will ever be a Juve striker but it's great to see that we work with them now. Belgium first division is really great for a few of our players. I think the level is higher as Serie B..
