I put Guardiola there to show the difference between Ranieri and coach who actually celebrates together with his team, not to show how we must sign Pep :D

Though he has done remarkable job, afterall they sold R10 in summer, get rid of Thuram, dos Santos, signed Hleb and made some rebuilding by introducing youngsters to the case. Very clever moves if you ask me and they have paid off, as there is no bitching between the stars now. I don't know if Pep was the builder, but he surely is at least partly responsible for the trophies Barca may take this season.

God, if a team wins, the players won: if a team loses the coach lost.

Pep turn that bunch of showboater bigheads around, and did it with a firm, fair, and swift hand.

Ask me in 5 years if he is a great manager, but at the moment he seems to have the chance to be.

top-flight football coaching???

Yeah, if you consider from where he started, with no material and funds and what he has accomplished...
He built a squad that was falling apart, without funds and base. He is taking HIS team to take three trophies probably. A great manager, he's definitely world class. I think I can easily say he's the best manager to ever take a football team.

I wouldn't dream of socialising with you.

I like silly people, quirky, off the rails, individual personalities, just not Silly Billy's who try to impress their frail wills, by dint of numbers, on others.

I don't try to impress anyone but I don't know better than that. I am socially paralysed and dull.
