There u see how bad reporting lead to unnecessary (or false) discussions. I saw and heard the interview (it can be seen here i think) and what del piero said was far from "hailing Ranieri". It may be bad translations or just plain media-BS.
Del Piero said clearly that ranieri is doing a "good job, because the results show it, and what happens to the mister is not up to him or the players, but to the board to decide". This, to me is far from "hailing". I kind of have a feeling as if the players are not happy with CR, but of course do not show it to the media. I may be wrong, but nedved said similar words, and it all seems artificial and not speaking truly. As if they wanted to say "we need another coach" but of course, cannot say it to prevent unneccessary fuzz and talks.

Is that just me or does anyone else have this feeling too? and please spare us your opinion about CR for one sec. I just have this feeling about our players.

Talk Of Sack Must Stop, Says Ranieri

Juventus boss Claudio Ranieri says that all the criticism he is receiving, and the talk that he will be sacked at the end of the season, must stop.

There were many calls, especially among Juve fans, for Ranieri to be sacked, and former hero Marcello Lippi brought in as his replacement.

“I think that talk has to stop,” Ranieri stated.

“I don’t worry myself with these things. I am calm and people can write what they want.”

Ranieri has calmed the storm somewhat having subsequently steered Juve to successive victories over Genoa and Napoli.

Tomorrow evening he can make it three wins on the bounce as the Old Lady travel to Tuscany to face relegation-threatened Empoli.

“These are three very important points for us and I’m just thinking about Empoli and the best way to beat them, rather than looking ahead,” said the ex-Chelsea boss.

“Empoli will grit their teeth and battle for every ball - we can’t afford any lapses in concentration.

“We want to improve and I am always working towards the best result. At this rate we should finish the season in a good position.”

Gigi, DP, Nedved, dont have to fear from anyone...If they dont like coach they can say, what can happen to them, without them there is no Juve...without CR, nothing will change...
CR will not quit cos of media for sure ,but Macini did quit , first time he heard rumors about Jose, and he is on way out 100%.
One thing is 100% sure, board supports CR and will as long as results are right..even we might not like our new management.

you're right on that one, but it would not be the right moment to pronounce it at this very moment. I'm sure if DP/Neddy/Buffon/Trez wants another coach they'll get one. But i have the impression (maybe it's really just me) that they agree on wanting a new coach for the next season but keep it quiet, for it would not bring anything to go to the press with it at this very moment. I somehow have the impression that they don't really mean what they are saying to the press, i don't know really... but Del Pieros behaviour in that interview made me think that. Standing 100% behind a coach is different however. He could have said simply "Ranieri is awesome, and he'll bring us to a new level" or something, i mean it's all standart sentences as u hear from every player in the world but still, he said "it's up to the board to decide about CR's future".

Well however, let's not question things that do not need further questionning :D Let's concentrate on the remaining games with the tinkerman

Ranieri Pleased With Tiago's Improvements

Juventus coach Claudio Ranieri applauded midfielder Tiago Mendes for the improvements he has shown recently and hopes that the player can be an important element in his side's final part of the season.

There are 10 matchdays left before the end of the season, including tonight's clash against Empoli, and Ranieri will be hoping to hold on to the lead over fifth place Milan in the race for a Champions League spot.

"We are heading into the last curve and we will then see the final straight," declared the former Chelsea coach. "We want to improve and I'm working to give my best.

"There is a will to reach the target and to improve," he continued. "But tonight, Empoli will fight with a dagger between their teeth and will battle for every ball."

Finally the Bianconeri's coach then hailed Tiago for his improvements in recent weeks after a very poor start to the season.

"Tiago is improving. He has become more consistent and more determined. This obviously pleases us.

"There is a wonderful group who is helping him and this plays an important role," concluded Ranieri.

Just related to Tiago, even this is not his tread. I just wanted to say, he made lots of good long passes, almost scored, and i felt very happy about it. He tried to pass few times Napoli players and lost the ball, but i can see that only as a new, more confident Tiago. Also he never passed ball back but forward , which was another plus sign.
He was, among few others who kept ball very well..In over 60% possession of ball, Tiago played big part.

Now lets put some faith in Molinaro....

For Tiago Napoli game was the first 90 mins one ... And he was good ... But Molinaro he played to much game this season and he just screw more nd more.
He is just a rubbish.
re Molinaro he is still younger and also it takes more time for defenders to mature. Im not saying he can be WC or anything. But if we dont have money to get someone today, we should put faith in players we have..
