just a question guys can anybody tell me from where he got this name
the Tinkerman ???
he got it in UK, but only in the last 2 seasons, as he had more quality players and he played at 3 fronts, he could rotate them.
he tried to rotate here quite few times, as well as change positions to some of the players, Pala, Noce, Brazzo, Christo, Chiellini, etc..

English Media (and fans) gave it to him after he used to change the players in his formation pretty much every game.

and I can't understand how Benitez would be bad for us, Seven.... with 'Pool he has won a CL, reached another final with them, won a UEFA super cup, an FA cup. With Valencia he won 2 La Liga titles, and a UEFA cup. The guy is proven and has an impressive resume. so how is being a proven league winner and a proven European cup competitions winner not good?

Yeah he hasn't won a league title with Liverpool, but that team hasn't one a league title in ages. It's not his fault Liverpool are cursed in the league.

It tells that EPL is different to la liga in regards to game, and that his thinkering can not work in epl.
he was recently loosing points from anyone, home and away regardless of milions spent..but i do admire his work while in spain

agree with you. But worth to mention that Camo played few games only so far...

Also i would like to say that Ranieri and Gigli from beginning were saying that they will NOT sign any players in January except those on free transfer. On all media questions about VDV ,Diego, Sisoko, Ranieri would say, yes, why not mention Kaka etc..Anyway, in regards to Juve's business element, its good that we are linked with top players, as company is valued more in that case and i think that was only reason why we did not hear any denial from our management. Right now, i think we dont have money for more than 1-2 top players.
Also as no one mention here except me, Tiago and Almiron were signed (not officially) in days of Deschamps, he said that by himself and Andy and few others should change their signature and stop moaning. Ranieri never wanted those players.

It is all media BS, and that is how it works. But some of you bought it , especially Andy, who even said in one of his comments recently that Ranieri ruined confidence of 2 players by saying stupid things to media.

Most of you hate Ranieri cos of media BS, and (or) lack of Tiago's game, and bad performace of our team.
But no one ever question our players, yes we do say, Noce had bad game, Tiago was rubbish, Molinaro shold go etc, but at the end we always find excuse for players, especialy for Tiago, and we know from whom too, but blame always come to coach..
I am not saying he is best, cos he is not, but he getting best of our current players right now, and till we are 3-4 this season, I will be happy. We dont have team who actually deserve to be more than 4-5th right now.
Management has to spend money on 3-4 top players if we want to go bit further otherwise, we will moan , and moan, and we will be where we are unless we buy.

I like Rafa, he is great tactician, but he is lost in epl, and i just wander how well could he do in italy.

Maybe Carlo could come, but he will be even less successful unless big money is spent on players

PS. Milan getting face lift of 100Mil, and if Jose comes to them, we will challange straight away..What a lucky bastard..
quality post... we re one good defender away from realizing our goals for this year and i am sure our management will acquiesce as it is too big of a gamble to save 5-10 mils and risk to miss CL imo

When he was with Chelsea he was known to change the formation/starting line-up a lot. Which is in other words tinkering. The English media called him The Tinkerman because of that.
I do and many others know that as well.
thanks for this explanation , if he dont get juve the position which we need at the end of the seaon . we will give him another name then :p

Look, I know English is not your first language and Italian isn't either, but Ranieri did indeed state those words and they actually reveal that Ranieri never wanted those players. You fail to understand exactly why I have those imbecilic comments in my signature, which maybe isn't surprising. They're in there because what sort of fucking DOLT of a manager reveals to the public that he never wanted Tiago or Almiron anyway? Don't you understand that maybe, just maybe, that would cause the morale of Tiago and Almiron to lessen? And maybe, just maybe, that could be why those players aren't performing?

Moreover, considering Ranieri publicly stated that he never wanted those players, could that potentially be why they have been benched all this time? Why is it that when players like Molinaro and Nocerino have piss poor games they are never, ever, benched?

I'd like to hear what the Ranieri apologists have to say about that. Probably something like, playing Tiago or Almiron will hurt Giovinco's progress, or something.

It is all media BS, and that is how it works. But some of you bought it , especially Andy, who even said in one of his comments recently that Ranieri ruined confidence of 2 players by saying stupid things to media.
Ranieri did say it. But what do you care. You couldn't understand what he was saying anyway.

How can you leave the brilliant 'VDV isnt how midfielders are supposed to be in Italy' comment behind?

I was a pretty big supporter of Ranieri initially. But he's starting pissing me off a lot now.If the VDV trasnfer doesnt go through, ill put the blame squarely on him.Not Secco,Not Gigli. Not anyone, but Ranieri alone.Giovinco's being hyped up,but this is Ranieri we're talking about.Had Wenger been incharge of Juventus,i would have probably said that this man CAN develop a young player. But Ranieri is no Wenger. There is no guarantee of Ranieri utilizing Giovinco to his maximum potential.

We need to get rid of this dickhead. Not now perhaps, but definatley in the summer.

Another "wise" comment from previous weekend , when all teams from top won , except Juve:

They have moved two points further away - that’s all,” he said.

:wallbang:
What do you expect him to say" Chances for title are almost inposibble, and from now on we will fight for 4th place"

Its about keeping moral of the team and being positive as always

have you ever been thinking like this; maybe he really wants him , but don't want everyone to know as management dont have money to race with other teams so has to keep low profile.

Do you guys really think that Ranieri is stupid and don't know what he is doing?
Do you really think that Juve would choose him if he was just an average coach?

Juve will be sorry for not signing VDV cause of ranieri dont want him since i dont think that paladino can be nedved replacement.
Pala is still young, and needs more games, I just like an idea from 442 we can quickly switch to 433 with pala, he has a speed , technique, but also can play LM -better, or RM even last time he was on right , he was bad...
