Back on topic.

I like Ranieri and I respect him alot...But there are couple of things he should really fix.

1) Tiago should be given more chances, and whoever is inform should start the game. ... If both David and Ale for example aren't performing they should be dropped.

2) Approaching the game in a better way, why not change the 4-4-2. We have many options we use looking at our squad. Nedved should be brought into the middle he's not giving it all no more in that position. He can be much more useful playing behind attackers.

Ranieri is also stubborn.

Tiago didn't perform well in the pre-season so he ruled him out.
Zebina made a mistake and apparently he's ruling him out as well.
Del Piero - Trezeguet is what he starts with and he's not willing to change that.
Palladino is played instead of Nedved and not given a chance in a trident.

Yeah, I find that weird.

What about Almiron? He did great at pre-season matches but latter he didn`t do well but thats not reason to not give him another chance. As you guys said, lots of reasons why Ranieri is stubborn and shouldn`t be our coach.Sell boumsong and some unimportant players that are co-owened with us and bring the man who`s on Jack`s avatar i`d say.

I just want Iaquinta, Marchionni and Tiago in the starting lineup already. I think they can bring us many goals and not to mention a lot of better suply to Trezegol.

I agree with Rab that the in-form players should be getting a chance from the start.

We really have many options in attack and as they all sound/look good I can´t possibly decide what would be ideal. Thus, I would really like to see some tinkering which Ranieri is not practicing much as he promised to do.......

Actually, that is my only objection to him.

IMO Ranieri is obviously trying to avoid hid previous mistakes. basically he is less tinkering given the options.

even though the team had performed well so far they are far from stable and consistent.

all great performances were due to pure desire for winning and not much of technical superiority. even when we were winning we didn't look like we were in complete control.

I think Ranieri is waiting for the team to have proper stability and control of their games before he starts his famous rotation system.

I always likes the way his teams played and frankly i'm a fan of rotation but i have to agree that if he start rotating now the whole structure will collapse. we have to wait until the second leg of the league starts then we will see.

as for Lawnchair Bes's formation i really don't think it is wise defensively. i would go for it if we had a more solid defense. it can work if we substitute palladino with Sali.

bes` formation is very good. I would like this midfield and Iaquinta would give us more speed than DP. Tigao would add the passing and movement we always miss, when Nocerino plays with Zanetti.
But, Nedved should get another chance here. He has played a very good season, untill he was weak against Inter. One game doesn't change my opinion on Nedved. He still has, what it takes.
