the core of this is true ...

if the board would say to the players "fuck you spoilt brats, this is the way we are going and everybody that has a problem with it may train with the reserves" it could have worked...

without that i see we would have sucked, but i am not sure if we would have sucked as much as now. we had a pretty solid foundation in the system we were playing ... yeah, perhaps we would have played the 4-4-2 again but i really dont care about what the formation is like on the paper.
You're delusional. Ranieri had to get sacked. We wouldn't have achieved anything having him as the coach. Ferrara wasn't the right choice, I give you that but it was just a correct decision which was followed by a wrong one.

Over the club yes, over the board's decision, no way would I accept that.

He was our best player of Ranier's reign, no doubt about that. As for the last days of Ranieri, the whole team seemed too uncaring and indifferent, we had lots of heated moments here and there but do you say that it all happened only because Alex wanted Ranieri to get fired? That's really ridiculous because if you believe that Alex had such an influence both over the board and the other players, I think you must admit that he is Juventus and Juventus is Alex ;)

About the incidents, as I said, Trez had a similar one so what's the difference? It was really unprofessional and I'm not denying that but it's not like that those incidents happened because Alex and Trez wanted Ranieri to be out.

I didn't suggest anything. I asked you a question. You're easily making assumptions so I wonder what's going to be your next one. Alex was a definite starter under Ranieri (unlike now), why should he want him to go out?
he wasnt a starter towards the end, but thats not even important any objective observer saw what i'm talking about

thanks for clearing that up. i just found out i am delusional =) thats great !

i aknowledge that it was a good thing to sack him (just viewing the "getting rid of ranieri"-part of the whole story) BUT comparing our play back then with the play right now i gotta say that we would probably have more points now IF we would have played on like that under ranieri

Bring me the proofs for Ale having a hand in Ranieri getting sacked by urging his teammates not to perform well and I'll stop supporting this club. It's not about objectivity. You're making assumptions which have no substance whatsoever.

That's surprising. Wasn't it you who diagnosed Jack's severe mental disorder?

I agree. Ranieri's Juve was a better team and I loved it much more even when we were losing. But he just had to go. Ciro's incapability as a coach doesn't make our board's decision of dismissing Ranieri wrong.

Ranieri had to go, still I would keep him two more games until the end of season.
I also remember thar DP was bencher towards the end and also I remember that CR said "I know what's the problem" and " I tell you at the end of season".

CR probably is bigger man then DP will ever be and just did not want to say anything bad towards Juve.

Even today when we lost our luck he has dignity and refuse to say bad things about us

You know what? You're the biggest hypocrite I've seen around. Ranieri needs a CENTURY to be half the man Del Piero is. Note it down, a CENTURY to be half the man Alessandro Del Piero is.

You people don't even deserve to support this club. Blaming Del Piero for Ranieri's departure and saying he is a bigger man than Del Piero is nothing but pure ignorance and making things up just to backfire it on Alex.

Alessandro Del Piero is known everywhere, be it from Italy to Bangladesh is the most classy and respected player to probably step into the pitch in Football's history.

How many times has Ranieri praised Del Piero? How many times has Ranieri bowed to Del Piero's class and role as a Captain? You people forget all this? Del Piero scored 40+ goals under Ranieri's time. If anything this old man should be thankful for Del Piero because without him he would have been fired way too early due to bad results. This is a FACT.

Stop analyzing things and leave Del Piero alone for once FGS, the man has done everything a Juve fan can ask, do him a favor back and leave him the fuck alone.

The man is gone; he is doing well at Roma, but he will never win a title of significance. We did the right thing in getting rid of this douche, but we made a bigger mistake in hiring a novice clueless coach in Ferrara.

Why would he be in any position to say bad things about us? He did a lousy job for a long period of time and was rightfully sacked. If we didn't sack him before the remainding 2 games chances are (I could actually guarantee it) we would miss out on the CL. Some posters seem to forget very quickly, just because we are looking even more ridiculous today does not mean we were doing fine with Ranieri. We were less pathetic, but still pathetic. And in the end there, we were just falling apart. I still remember the cowardness in his decisions, the disgusting defensive approach after going 1-0 up against small time clubs, etc.
