marchisio is still far better tactically and defensively and better overall then pogba

Most important, a youngster shouldnt have the pressure of a starting place, he should be the first to come in and grab plenty of experience

so we need marchisio, as he's better for at least another year, but keeps pressure of pogs

Not sure about that. Either way I expect Pogba become the easy first choice starter after at least six months.
