For 25 I would consider his opinion as very important. If he doesn't want a higher salary, new contract or rotation for his spot - let him stay. If he isn't ok with any of those things - sell.
For 35 he is gone. Regardless.

I said character not playing ability. As a player I honestly feel he is a bit overrated here. He is still a class player imo just not one of the greats in world football yet. He shows moments of brilliance sometimes and his off the ball work is exceptional but he does need to get into games more and stop disappearing

Rarely injured. Never makes mistakes. 90+ min iron lungs and endless running. Comes up clutch often and works like a well oiled machine with the rest of the midfield and attack.
