I wouldn't think about selling players that work in this team, not unless it's a freak deal (see Zlatan to Barça to get Eto+money) which we definitely aren't getting.

Yep!

We have a great system right now. Some players don't quite fit in and probably won't. Time to clean house, bring in players that are versatile and can fit into this system.
