The three man midfield also allows him to play a more advanced role instead of a holding one. Of course having a coach who has massive faith in you helps but I think that applies to all players and to attribute Marchisios good form to Conte alone would be unfair towards the player. I bet you never claimed that he was going missing because of Del Neri.
I mean his technique is just a masterpiece. Nevermind his astounding sense of style and flawless haircut. It's this technique he displays here that is just divine.
