Buy who? Giaccherini? Bonaventura? Guarin?

Sideways step at best. If we truly want an upgrade, we'll have to spend 25m+. Hardly a priority considering our central midfielders.

If we get Jovetic, Lamela or someone of that calibre/potential for the money, then sure. Preferably we can do that without getting rid of our actually good players.

Anyway, I think although he deserves a move to a bigger club, he'll resist it, unless the club really pushes for it.

He should have been sold last summer, now he's one year older and his price significantly dropped to 15-20m and he hasnt contributed anything this season. Sell to the first buyer we find, even if its Hull city or Osasuna.

Stop being in denial Matt, we all know Marchisio's time as a starter is done with us. He's playing the same minutes Marco Motta played under Del Neri (and starting more games than Marchisio)
