Marchisio considers Nani exchange
By Football Italia staff

Claudio Marchisio is increasingly likely to leave Juventus, as Manchester United offer Nani plus €15m.

The midfielder is currently on international duty at the Confederations Cup and made it clear in a Press conference he was not at all happy with the club’s stance.

“I will have to talk to Juventus. I want to see if I’m still important for them. If not, then it is only normal for me to look at other teams. It has been said that my intentions are decisive, but it takes two to tango.”

Italian newspapers today suggest Marchisio received absolutely no response from Juventus, while it was also implied a pay rise was out of the question.

The Italian international who grew up in the Bianconeri youth academy is more likely than ever to leave Turin.

Tuttosport claim Marchisio’s €30m valuation will fund the summer transfer strategy and include a potential exchange with Manchester United winger Nani plus cash.

Monaco are also said to be interested in snapping up Marchisio for their midfield.

Actually for the future it could be a sensible move. Sell him for 30-35 million, then sign Verratti for 25 million.

Line up like this: Pogba-Verratti-Vidal

Young, dynamic and insanely talented.
But there's no reason to think that Veratti wont cost more than 30m in a year or two.

PSG want to build a midfield with him and Matuidi.Honestly believe we dont have a chance of luring him here unless we make an inflated offer to them.(Which we wont obviously).

I'll be difficult but Veratti's desire was always to play in Serie A. I can't see him spending whole career in France. He'll return at one point.

Ilicic is lazy at times. I'm afraid Licht would have to do most of defensive work.

What a load of blown out of proportion bullshit.
Vidal and Pogba are in the summer's spotlight, Both got a raise, he didnt.
Some douchebag journalist cunt felt the need to poke about, and he said he'd talk to the club.

Thats it. And FYI, telling that Pogba is ahead of marchisio in therms of defending, is utter bullshit and proves you actually know nothing about it, and have the tactical knowledge of a sludge.

Pogba, is very far ahead of his age. Pogba, can become MUCH better then Marchisio currently is. In everything. Going forward, he allready offers the ability to do the unpredictable and has a massive long shot.

But guess what, this is italy. Central midfielders are rated over the complete package and not just flair and fancy. Its for Pogba's own sake to have Marchisio around as he can learn ALOT of his tactical reading of the game.

And lastly, the moment Pogba surpasses Marchisio, its means we get some more awesome dept. So it would be an asshole move to sell such player

Yes but not in the near future.Veratti is on a extremely long contract which runs until 2018 i believe.

What ? Thats an insane midfield ,even if we field it right away.
Against crap teams, yes.

against top teams, we'll be pushed over. Pogba is allways protected by Marchisio and Vidal, and Verratti is even worse in that regard.

Why didnt marotta never played pogba and marrone ? For that exact reason.

Pogba isnt mature enough to be left unprotected, same for verratti.

When pogba reaches a good tactical and defensive game, and verratti learns to improve his defensive work, ala pirlo, they could be fielded with vidal

Its a dynamic midfield.

You forgot one thing is that when Pirlo gets pressed he often tends to lose the ball especially in dangerous areas, while its not the case with Veratti who thrives under pressuring a bit like Xavi so you just dont always have to look at the defensive side of things and Veratti in time will improve tactically but its still an awesome midfield three regardless.

And we all saw Pogba's defensive workrate against Bayern. Its quite clear his growth rate has been rapid and already become the kind of player we can rely on.

But this is all hypothetical in the end because this scenario isnt going to transpire right now.

Defensive workrate isnt the big deal.

Its about reading the game, positionning, anticipating. Pogba has much to learn in that aspect, despite beeing far ahead of his age.

Pirlo losing the ball, is when he is in possession, but i'm talking about tactics and defending.

When we dont have the ball, pirlo is allways in the top 3 of distances run. Why ? cause he cuts out opposing passing routes, and knows very well how to disable running channels for opponents.

Typical destabilisation tactics from Gazzetta. Fuck them and the rest of the Italian media really. They have been utter cunts towards our club for longer than I can remember.

This is all a ploy to sell more papers and get more Internet hits. Cheap, grubby and opportunistic journalism.

Marchisio stays. Suck it haters.
