Balzaretti was playing his what. second CL game? After spending last season in Serie B to the last 16 of the hardest club comp in the World, it's going to take some adjusting. I'm in no way making excuses for his performance, but I just can't imagine he would've played in such a game - under pressure for most of the match.

I agree. I wouldn't count out Balza in the future. But the guy is green against this level of competition. We got smoked on the corners, and he stepped in as a sub who tried to do his best. Unfortunately, in the CL, it's really not good enough for us right now.

We must see a tottaly new formation in the 2nd leg with more creativity in front of goal & more agressive in defence.I hope Cap. could try the attack with (Dp,Ibra & Trezy) or play with a real playmaker(Neddy/Mutu/DP) behind the 2 attackers.Anyway if i don't want to see the same 4_4_2 formation with the same names.Zmbo & Zebina will hopefully be fit to start so let's play with!I imagine the 2nd leg 3_1 for us !

i think cap should start with another formation against bremen and if we get our goals in the first half or when ever we get them, chanse it back to 4-4-2 because players are used to with that the moust.....

against bremen, 2 strikers upfront and one AM (nedved/mutu or even dp if ibra/trez start)

4-3-1-2, but the lineup shoud be attacking

if we get our goals then put in another DM or defender so we could keep position in the midfield....

I totally agree with you. Its important that we go out the field to win the game and to score goals. We can't do the same we did last year against liverpool. If then we get our goals we just have to make a sub...Mutu/dp or even trez/ibrah for Vieira and change the formation to the classic 4-4-2.

We must win that game...and if we want to win it we should go after the goals.


Btw someone has Capello's cell phone?...maybe we can call him and tell him our opinios

Bremen were the better team and deserved to win. Our defending was pathetic at times and we were in truth lucky to lose by only one goal. Buffon should be credited for that. TBH I had a feeling this would happen. Capello let it fvcking happen against Liverpool last season and it's fvcking happening again. When will he learn that a positive approach is the best approach? We played with purpose away to Inter and won so why not go to Germany with the aim to put the hosts on the backfoot? Why do we always make things so difficult for ourselves? When will Capello realise that Del Piero is a much better player than Ibrahimovic? Unlike the big Swede DP uses his head when he's playing. He keeps things simple, brings others into the game and knows how to put the ball in the back of the net. You wanna win the Golden Ball Zlatan? Well if you're going to miss chances like the one in the first half think a-fvcking-gain. Seriously, what do people see in this guy? to be honest...i feel like bremen will kick us out of the Cl...they are a team which the ''attacking method'' is in there DNA..so i would extremely doubt they would come to delli apli to defend...i mean if they scored 1 goal we are scrwed...

i dont now why people are crizitising capello for playing zlatan..i know zlatan is not at his best form(actually not at all)...but you have to see what zlatan offers that DP doesnt( now for godness sake am not trying to create a DP v Zlatan fight here)..but am just seeing it for a tatical point of view...DP is in great form..as he was involved in the 2 goals...but zlatan is someone who can open gaps once it comes to counter-attack(as our game is mainly based on counter-attack) but for the last few months zlatan is not not coming with the right approach...i dont know why..but it happens to players when they are in dip of form...

What was capello thinking bringing on Zalayeta at the end of the game? surely he could see replacing camoranesi for him would create more attacking opportunities, and thats exactly what happened with the two late goals. I think we should sell zalayeta, i really dont see anytime that he could help the juventus cause, especially as we have 4 class strikers already.
