NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! WHY IBRA?
Juve have Ibra worry Thursday 2 March, 2006

Juventus may have to face their crucial Champions League tie against Werder Bremen without Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
The giant Swede picked up an injury playing for his country last night and is a doubt for Tuesday’s European tie.
“I hope it is nothing too serious,” the £11.5m 2004 summer signing from Ajax told reporters on Wednesday night.
Ibrahimovic, an irreplaceable figure in the plans of Juventus boss Fabio Capello, twisted his knee in his side’s surprising 3-0 loss in the Republic of Ireland.
Although the extent of the injury will only be established once he has undergone tests in Turin, there are fears that he won’t face the Germans.
The Old Lady could certainly do with Ibra at the Stadio Delle Alpi as they look to overturn the shock 3-2 first leg loss.
Despite seemingly having the tie wrapped up after taking a 2-1 lead in Bremen, Juventus conceded twice in the last five minutes to put their progression into the last eight in serious doubt.
Ibrahimovic will almost certainly not feature for the Serie A leaders in their trip to Sampdoria on Saturday night.
His absence will subsequently see Capello opt for an attacking duo of Alex Del Piero, fresh from his Azzurri heroics, and David Trezeguet.
There are also suggestions on Thursday that Capello will keep Robert Kovac in the side to allow Lilian Thuram a breather in defence.
