The outlook is very poor, there is no denying this. But this team is capable of a lot, we all know it, we've all seen it. That Fiorentina loss, I think it's just what we needed. It might just make us determined, sharper. It was a wake up call that hopefully will be answered. If Milan can pull a draw against Barcelona with inferior players, then we can do at least the same.

Fino alla fine, io ci credo. Forza Juventus.

i have no idea why but milan will always put on a show against barca. they can have a serie b lineup and still give them a hard time. no fucking idea how that works.

I wonder how useful Llorente will be without any crosses coming in (not that asa and isla cross alot anyways). Hopefully he links up well with carlitos.

Caceres? Conte would probably want either Pogba or Marchisio as a trequartista to add more defensive capability to the midfield if anything, and against Madrid I agree.
The '2' behind Llorente could more than share the workload and put in more than 1 of Pogba or Cheesio can in that position, I would think. Ze counter-attacking potencial :fap::tuttosport:

The trequartista position... I see Marchisio being lost there. The hatred that will flow towards him tomorrow will be, well, like any other game.
Vidal, Pogba, Tevez or even Vucinic could play there. I think it would be smarter to play Pogba there than Marchisio, even if Vidal would be the best choice because it is probably best to leave Vidal in MF from a defensive perspective.

Caceres if fit is a fine right back - thats his best position. My concern with the 4312 is that the width needs to come from the full backs - Caceres may provide a bit going forward but Chiellini is unlikely to. How about this 4-3-3:

----------------Buffon------------------

Caceres---Barzagli---Bonucci----Chiellini

----Vidal----Pirlo----Marchisio/Pogba----

------Tevez----Llorente------Asamoah--

Out of the 2 full backs, Caceres makes more forward runs and is backed up by Vidal. Chiellini stays back more. Asamoah has more licence to attack on the left. While Tevez plays on the right, expect most of that right width to come from Caceres - he is not a penetrating player but he is capable of putting decent crosses.

Also, at any time, the above players can revert back to a 352 with Caceres and Asamoah as wing backs.

:agree: let pogba do his thing as a trequartista. marchisio will offer a lot more as a CM. is vidal fit to play? because the 4-3-1-2 seems like an alright idea that lets us utilize our 4 best midfielders. if not, asamoah would do a great job in vidal's place too.

I want Peluso at LB,
he can offer some width and is defensivly solid in a 4 man back line

also I wouldent want Vidal as a treq, the thing that makes him so great is his hard crunching tackles protecting the back 4, same with Marchisio's defensive work.

wouldent mind Pogba or even Giovinco behind the strikers
