So excited to see this formation. We couldn't go into a match against Real Madrid with no fullbacks against Ronaldo and Di Maria.
Exactly but I hope this is a building point for a new formation

well i can at this stage confirm we are playing with 11 players
And Conte will be on the touch line. And we will play in Madrid

after this game vs Madrid, Conte should go back to what he did in 2011/2012. 424/442/433 wasn't working? change into a 352 or (change into a 4312 if we started with 352)at halftime to shake things up abit. Our tactical flexibility was one of our strongest weapons.

wasn't carrera arrested for manslaughter or something similar?

Vucinic is injured, which means no 4-3-3

So our only real other option is a 4-3-1-2. In which case you would be insane to make a case for Pirlo not getting one of our 4 midfield spots.

Also, Pirlo has more options infront of him now. Instead of 3 CB's behind him.

Would like to see some Pirlo long balls for Llorente if we're under pressure. He can knock it down to Marchisio or Tevez.

Because against Bayern we reacted so poorly under pressure it was unreal.

trying to pass it between our players in the box with Mandzukic, Ribery, Robben and Muller pressing like mad ffs.
