Gimme 3-4-3. Throw everything we have at their weakened defense.

Buffon

Rugani-Benatia-Chiellini

Cuadrado-Pjanić-Khedira-Sandro

Costa-Higuain-Mandžukić

Costa and Cuadrado would break down their left side with ease, just have to finish our chances.

Why would we play our only two players who can dribble on the same wing, while playing both hard working wingers who can't dribble if their life depends on it on the other?

Yeah they weren't as easy as I remembered them to be either

That's my earliest memory of football and why I started supporting Juve because of Del Piero getting all the blame in the final

It's weird how warped our perception can be at the time. I remember thinking the penalty Italy got against Australia was soft. But if you see it today, it's a penalty as clear as day. Not to mention the idiotic red card Italy got before anyway.

Well football is a very emotional game

A lot of people tune in for world cups as well that don't know anything about football but they still always have an opinion

I was actually thinking of that Grosso penalty the other day and if it had of happened today there wouldn't be anywhere near as much crying about it

Lucas Neil no doubt fouled him

If Cristiano Ronaldo gets on the scoresheet against Juventus tonight, he will set a new record for most goals scored against a single club in the UEFA Champions League. #UCL

but seriously, this is how you know Ronaldo is great. Bayern was called la bestia negra by Madrid fans, one of their worst opponents in the CL. same as us, we regularly eliminated them (probably the most than any other club, together with Bayern). and here comes CR, scoring the most of his goals against these 2 clubs especially. incredible stuff

Because those are their natural positions/sides? There's no rule that says your two most dangerous players shouldn't play on the same side, to the contrary, RM is much weaker defensively on their left/our right side, while Mandžukić and Sandro can both outjump and put pressure on Carvajal and Modrić who will probably be helping there on defense.

They cannot stop Costa and Cuadrado together, we would break them down easily. Only question is can we score our chances and can we stop their counters.

didnt he score majority of his goals in the group stages? other than 2 finals and the Madrid away semifinal when Pepe got sent off, i dont remember him scoring in a significant CL match against a top opponent.

To all them bitches scared - fino ala fine, forza Juventus!
what's the point of being scared now? The right time to be scared was last summer when Beppe murdered our squad, now it's just 'eh whatever let's get it over with'

I mean if you lose 1-4 against a team, then your squad becomes weaker, then you lose 0-3 against same team you must be mentally ill to expect anything but another trashing. Maybe 4-0 this time around, or 2-0 if they conserve energy
