Ancelotti won't make the mistake of playing Ramos in midfield again. I'm expecting 4-3-3 with Ronaldo, Bale and Hernandez upfront, James, Isco and Kroos (Illarramendi or Lucas Silva if he's injured) in midfield. No matter what team they put out we should have an advantage in midfield especially with Pogba back.

I'd go with this:

Buffon
Lichtsteiner-Bonucci-Chiellini-Evra
Marchisio-Pirlo-Pogba
Vidal
Tevez-Morata

Doesn't even make sense talking about benching Pirlo because we all know that's not happening. Vidal had arguably his best game of the season in the first leg so I would stick with him at attacking mid for this one. Sturaro and Pereyra could be important from the bench.

A really encouraging stat for us- Since the 2008-09 season, teams that played the first leg at home in the semis qualified for the final on 10 out of 12 occasions. The only two exceptions were Schalke and Real Madrid in 2010-11. It is important to note that both of them lost the first leg at home. The last time a team qualified for the final despite losing the first leg was in 2007, when Liverpool beat Chelsea.
