Flaming pile of crap 
Allegri is a flaming pile of crap. Our team is weaker, but much better than what this ass clown is making them out to be.

-Tevez...Tevez carried Juve on his back so often. There were so many instances where we would have drawn, and Tevez came through. We replaced him with Dybala, who has potential, but ultimately has never played for a non-provincial team.
-Pirlo...while he was losing his effectiveness, he won games for us with his set-pieces. He also provided creativity that we no longer have this year. We replaced him with Hernanes who hardly plays.
-Vidal...he wasn't at his best last year, but his experience was invaluable. He also was the primary offensive threat from midfield. We replaced him with Khedira who doesn't play due to injury.
We also added Mandzukic to replace Llorente who hasn't done but, Cuadrado who has been a bright spot, but doesn't suit the team's structure, and Lemina, who is inexperienced. We've also had Lichtsteiner hurt, and our new LB is playing behind a veteran. Most of the $$$ invested didn't actually help the team, it mostly just filled holes left from last year (not that well either).
Allegri as a result has had to field a group of inexperienced players, including a Pogba who clearly isn't ready, while having many key players hurt. He has had to change his formation because Marotta didn't adequately replace the talent lost, and even had to start Barzagli as a RB. Worse, even with 4-3-3, Allegri doesn't have a real option on the left side, so Morata plays there.
Marotta really gave Allegri little this year. He gave him inexperience, injury-prone players, and players that simply don't fit the team. He really screwed up.
Ultimately though, the biggest loss is Tevez. He was our weapon who carried the team, and we did not replace him at all. If he had been replaced, we'd still be good. Unfortunately, Marotta messed up from what made him good - he was thrifty at his best. At his worst, which we saw this summer, he is flat out cheap.
I feel bad for Allegri because he really was ill-equipped to handle the departures.
This season's destiny is clearly settled. There are no signs of improvement. I have no expectations on qualifying to CL at the league.
3 big reasons why:
1) Marotta - needless to say the mess he made this summer, while spending 80M net. Squad is totally unbalanced, players don't fit together.
2) Allegri - he is in a tough position. Any coach would have problems at his place. But he has been failling on the job, absolutely failling. He can't inspire leadership and confidence to the guys, the team sleepwalks everygame.
3) Players - some of the players aren't as good as we thought.
Dybala is good player, but not really very good, and his WC / legend potential is a mystery to me. Really not sure about his ceilling.
Cuadrado brings good stuff, but very poor end product.
Mandzukic can score in a organized team, not close to world beater.
Zaza is Zaza.
Sturaro is Sturaro.
Hernanes is Hernanes.
Khedira is the guy who is always injured, as expected.

Pereyra as an AM, in a 4 men midfield, with 2 fullbacks who can overlap, and our 2 best strikers - Dybala/Morata should have been Allegri's first choice, he failed hard in seeing this.
We'll need another overhaul next summer, with much less money to work with, because of the likeability of no CL, and big payment commitments made this year for the next year, and with Pogba and Morata very likely to leave.
And by who will it be conducted again? That's him, Marotta.

The fact that we are calculating again, just as we did the last three years, even after our excellent start with two wins against our competitors, shows how pathetic we really are. Not only should we have qualified by now, but we also gave away the first spot to City (which is going to bit us in the ass even if we qualify). Disgraceful. I am really ashamed of our performance tonight.
He issue with Cuadrado is he completely doesn't suit the current squad. I like him, he is good, but the team is not built to play with wingers. Could he work? Of course. We'd need to add another guy to play the left side. But then we'd have way too many strikers. It's just piss-poor team construction by Marotta. The best way I can put it is that instead of visiting a number of stores looking for great value deals, Marotta bought a bunch of crap from a flee market indiscriminately.
If we get into the UCL, Marotta has one job in January - search tireless for someone to replace Tevez. If an opportunity arises, don't be cheap, pay the money because the last thing we need is a mid-table finish after last year.

I think the other thing missing without Pirlo on the field this year, and Marchisio injured/in poor form, is a solid reference point in front of the defence. These players kept the midfield calm and organized, and kept its shape and structure intact.
We have no one doing that at the moment. It's not coincidence that we look best with a midfield trio of Khedira-Marchisio-Pogba, and Pereyra in front of them. Marchisio as he gets back into form will provide that same reference point and organization.
