Khedira was pure class and brought order in the midfield. Pogba played a very humble game, with a good defensive effort.
Evra was monumental in keeping everybody calm. Barzagli looked like a 20 years old.
Honestly, I can't find anything wrong about tonight performance, Sevilla did look poor but our performance was immaculate.

i don't want to take the credit away from the guys, this was a 100% dominating display, with by far the best defensive work we've seen all season.

but let's be honest, sevilla didn't even try. maybe they are aiming the 3rd spot already, as winning the el again is their only shot for a spot in next year's cl.

I agree. It's important to have things coming from more than one player. We were threathening from several sides today.
Yea i loved that part of our game it took alot of responsibilty off of Pogba and Hernanes. Pogba was able to play his natural game better amd Hernanes was able to keep things simple.

I was very surprised with some performances.

Hernanes was a monster in that midfield. Great positioning, solid tackling, very good distribution.

Khedira surprised me a lot. He's not predictable and slow as I thought. He seems to be a very intelligent player, with more agility than I thought, good movement, added a lot of balance and calmness to the midfield.

Pogba transformed his playing style, sitting back and being much more conservative. It made the team more solid, even though sometimes he seemed to be too passive.

The 3 defenders were absolutely perfect, also when distributing the ball.

Morata wasn't playing well, but he did what he does: decided the game in a tough ball.

Dybala was very active, I liked his proactivity, but honestly I kind of have mixed feelings about him. That goal he missed was 100% due to not being able to use that right foot, that's inexcusable for a player of his level. I'm not sure what to expect from him.

Evra was very solid, but his backpassing was annoying. I really think we could use Alex Sandro to offer more offensive on the left side.

Cuadrado has been spectacular, really impressive.

All in all, midfield was the difference here to me. Khedira added balance, Hernanes had a huge performance. And Pogba's convervativeness made the team much more solid. Not forgetting that the 3 defenders were nearly perfect.

But Pogba, Dybala and Morata still can play much better.

Allegri got it right with the 352 positioning, even though it seems like he started the 2nd half in a 433 with Barza as a rb, and then changed to a classic 442.

But it does seem the 352 is the way to go, with more balanced midfielders like Marchisio and Khedira, but Alex Sandro must be a starter, to provide offense from the left. The team is completely inclined to Cuadrado, fortunately his stamina is unbelievable.

Dybala and Morata's understanding was pretty good.

And we won a very useful player in Khedira, it seems.

So build from there. Go 352 with Cuadrado - Alex Sandro, and Marchisio, Khedira, Pogba in the middle, Dybala-Morata upfront.

Bench is strong with Neto, Licht, Rugani, Evra, Lemina, Sturaro, Hernanes, Pereyra, Mandzukic, Zaza.

Great game from us . Played good in every part of the field . Khediras debut was fantastic , brings a lot to the midfield . He doesn't have a great deal of fantasy , he doesn't pick the most difficult passes or through ball generally choosing the easy ones instead , but he still picks his passes very intelligently , his way of playing is extremely effective , loved what I saw tonight . Everybody did good , the only one which wasn't tested tonight was buffon and I am very glad for that .

Good result but still the performance is not as good as I want it to be. The defense was solid. Hernanes playing distributor + drogba staying more deep to distribute as well improved our passing game and protected the defense but there is still a lot of work to be done in that regard.

What I did not like is the attacking phase of the game. The tempo is extremely slow and the players still look like each is improvising completely every time they go forward. We had so many instances of miscommunication which is very bad. Allegri has to start teaching them scenarios and basic attacking game plans that they can follow as default before then giving them some freedom. We managed to force through two goals, by continuously throwing crosses in the box and the other by capitalizing on a defensive mistake.

This match is an improvement but we still miss marchisio and we still need to practice attacking moves.

Great match, better result

3 points is 3 points, it doesn't matter who we play or how we get it as long as we get it
