Terim: Juve never beat me

----------------------------------------

Galatasaray boss Fatih Terim is confident that he can maintain his unbeaten record against Juventus this evening.

"I’ve never lost against them in my career and I don’t see why I should start to on Wednesday," said the tactician.

"When I was in my first spell at Galatasaray I drew with them twice, while I never lost in Italy when I was with Fiorentina and then Milan."

The Turkish side will start the game as underdogs but the former Turkish national boss is confident his men can get a result.

"The fact that we lost in the League on Saturday really doesn’t signify too much," he added. "That will spur us on to improve and you’ll see that we will play well."

Juventus (4-2-3-1): Buffon; Thuram, Ferrara, Montero, Zambrotta; Tacchinardi, Appiah; Camoranesi, Nedved, Del Piero; Trezeguet.

Galatasaray (4-4-2): Mondragon; Cesar, De Boer, Bulent, Hakan Unsal; Sabri, Batista, Volkan, Ergun; Hasan Sas, Hakan Sukur.

Referee: Ivanov (Russia)

Oh that doesn't sound good, Hope we will break this curse.
Forza Juve :strong:

For me There most dangerous men in that line-up would be Hasan Sas, Hakan Sukur & De Boer.

Sas Is a very skilled player we have to keep a close eye on him, or he will cause us alot of troubles.

Indeed... Sabri could be dangerous too, from what I've heard...

we'll have to keep tight in defense, and hopefully 1 or 2 goals should be enough for us... let's just hope nobody gets injured for the Roma match...

The thing that frightens me most is the pace of players like Hasan Sas. Thuram is not in form and Ferrara and Montero are by no means fast. Zambrotta will have to help out the defence alot more than usually, me thinks.

If we can't beat a modest side like Galatasaray then we can just give up on winning the CL this year ;)

Of course we will beat them, we are too strong for them.

Why shoudn't we be confident? Real and Manchester are confident and they show it, and considering we are not inferior to them and we're playing a modest team, we should be very confident.

Fear of winning has screwed us in the past CL editions.

It will be interesting to see the 4-2-3-1 formation for the first time in an european game for Juve.

DP will play in left-side and probably share attacking movement with Nedved and Camo hahahaha..........

------------Buffon
Thuram--Monty--Ciro--Zambro
------Stevie---Tacchi
-Camo -- Neddy -- DP
------------Trez

Like that? That'd be my lineup... I miss Mico and Legro already :touched:
