lets kick bayern a**! i believe we can win this game, bayern seems relying too much on maakay, this is their weakenesses.kahn can no longer produce his good goalkeeping abilities.

to be honest, if I were a fan of another team, I'd be pissed off if Zalayeta scored against my team :D That's like Jancker scoring against you :D
Ain't that the point? To piss our opponents off? :D

I think that bayern are getting into this match and they are in a very cautious mood. They didn't have two constant performances all season, although they have a good team.

So now whats the injury situation in juve? and is DP a 100% or hes gonna start on the bench?

i hope we have a full team(except for trezi) , but i think the players should be cautious too, but not soo much.becuz we need to push them around on the field from the begining.

this is the most interessting match in a long time, since we now really put the team up to a test, im sure Juve wont be beaten though, cause that has always been hard for others to do. But i think we can see a 0-0 or 1-1 result?

IMO the right would be to start with Zalayeta and Zlatan and in 2nd half we could bring on Del Piero!!!!

oh i am so happy to watch juve!!! I hope they win this game!!

does anyone know hom many tickets sold for this game??

here something i found:Juventus-Bayern: i precedenti

08/08/92 Bayern Monaco-Juventus 1-4

Marcatori: Del Piero, Amoruso.

11/08/97 Juventus-Bayern Monaco 1-0
Partita amichevole disputata a San Benedetto del Tronto
Marcatore: Inzaghi

we don't play much against Bayern, but IMO it is a real show down!!! the record Champion of Germany against the Italian!!

it seems we have good done against Bayern, the only thing i don't like is that Magath is their coach, he seemed to be very optimistic that they will beat us!

Thx for providing to use the records. I'm confident that we can win against Bayern Munich if we defend well. It's the battle between the German and Italian Champions! I'm gonna watch this match, even if I had to work next morning!

About their coach, he has the freedom to say anything. Let's whoop Bayern's ass and see wad he has to say about it!

From Katweb:

They'll be without Pizarro and Hargreaves.

Juve hail Coach Capello Monday 18 October, 2004

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Juventus boss Fabio Capello has been praised by the club following their impressive start to the season.

"We knew him well and were certain that he would bring out the best in our players," Vice-president Roberto Bettega told Tuttosport.

"The fact that we started the season before anyone else, given our Champions’ League involvement, gave him more time to figure things out."

Capello was surprisingly appointed by the Turin giants after Marcello Lippi left to wait for the Azzurri call.

Juventus are currently the League leaders after picking up 16 points from six games, in which they have conceded just two goals.

However, there could be a few problems around the corner given that David Trezeguet will have shoulder surgery on Tuesday.

"We couldn’t predict his injury, if we had then we wouldn’t have sold Fabrizio Miccoli to Fiorentina," added the Juventus legend. "But we are certain that Trezeguet will be back to full fitness in January."

In the Frenchman’s absence, the fans are expecting Alessandro Del Piero and Marcelo Zalayeta to deliver.

"We still have great faith in Del Piero," continued Bettega. "He should just remain calm and the rest will follow.

"Zalayeta? He can adapt to certain situations and we shouldn’t forget what he has done for this club in the past."

Del Piero is now back in training after injury and could feature in Tuesday’s Champions’ League clash against Bayern Munich.
