That's one way to look at it. Another perspective is the fans are negative because we play like this and it's frustrating to watch.
It takes two to tango. In this case fans and team really suit each other. I understand the frustration with Allegri's negative mentality and I hate it to death, but just to throw in the towel when we have another 90 minutes to play is frustrating too.

we had a similar task against bayern, and if it wasn't for evra's failed attempt to play the ball in the 92th minute or so, we could have made it. we also had a disallowed, perfectly fine goal iirc.

anyway, we would need cuadrado badly. he's our only clutch attacking player who's able to put some defensive work on the pitch and play a proper counter. 4-2-3-1, with matuidi-pjanic, no invisible khedira, cuadrado-dybala-costa behind higuain, and we're ready i guess.
Also Chiellini's absence that game costs us a lot. We conceded two goals from headers and we know Bonucci cannot clear a header to save his life.

We shouldn't go all out attack from the start, it can get nasty if they score early goal after counter.

Also, we shouldn't just sit back, defend and hope to get lucky.

Something in between, I guess. Be competitive, apply pressure when needed, don't let them play their game like last night... and we have to be clinical upfront.

Really hard task.

Last minute goal from Cuadrado. Takes 3 deflections and goes in from Higuain bum wrong footing the keeper.

One of our players will be sent off during the game for diving in their box (Costa; Berna).
