Beating Real tonight is important for another reason. If we beat them, they will need to play against Gala for a point or 3 points, instead of simply letting the Turks win in Madrid. My fear is that if we don't beat Real tonight, or even worse - if we lose, they really won't have anything to play for in the next round and they might let Galatasaray win. In such case our match in Istanbul will be irrelevant because we'll be eliminated in round 5 already.

I doubt it. Even if Real decides that it's not worth putting any more efforts in until the Knockout stage and play their second team, they are still most likely going to beat Galatasaray. When you are competing with the likes of Bale and Ronaldo for a place in the starting eleven, you take every chance you get to show what you can do. Players like Morata, Isco and others are more than capable of beating Galatasaray at home even without team's leaders. Besides, they are Real Madrid after all - important or not, they must put on a decent show in every match for fans who came and paid big money for a chance to see their club play.
